    IRS tax lawsuit scam.  "We are suing you, call us immediately".  Yeah, right.   Calling number presentation is +20 28203568 (11 digits); country code 20 is Egypt, interestingly enough.  The IRS would probably not be calling without a valid 10-digit number presentation.
