called and said there was a warrant in my name for some IRS issue and the agent seemed like from India.  Should be a spam.

Called and said a court case has been filed in Washington, D.C. On me it seams to be a scam since I live in Washington state

the same guy call me with a indian accent told the same story and said do you want to resolve this on phone......funny. I called to local police dep. and said unfortunaty  they call from outside of us but local # showes on phone. it is a scam

Called my elderly parents.  Said he was with Collection Department of the IRS.  He told them a warrant had been issued for their arrest and a lien placed on their property. Scared them half to death.

I also got a call from this number. The guy said he is calling from a special department of IRS and a warrant has been issued on my name. The guy had an indian accent and there is no "special department" in IRS. I disconnected the call. If there's a warrant pending i am sure the IRS can find the respective person using local law enforcement.

This is a scam. I think they are trying to extract some personal information.
