Some posting irs

I got a call from this number claiming to be from the irs.  

Just got a call from this number, claimed for IRS and DO NOT DISREGARD THIS CALL.  Call had very heavy foreign accent.  Wanted me to call back.  I googled number instead.  Heard on our local new this is a scam, IRS would not call.

Just got a call from this number claiming to be the irs and that I was going to get arrested by the sheriff and my social security no was going to get blacklisted . Voice was def Indian and sounded robotic

Have gotten several calls from this number claiming to be IRS. Very heavy Indian accent. Googled the number and it said it was a prank call. Tried asking me out on a date or if i could send nude pics of myself. I tried reporting to BBB but no luck because the number doesn't show up as being related to any business. There needs to be some way to shut these a**holes down. Probably here illegally. Scum...

Just got a call from 202-864-1281..man said he was from irs and his name was Brian Jones.  He said if I did not return his call or my attorney that he wished me luck as the situation unfolded.  He sounded Indian.  I called the number back and it was busy

Just got a call from this number claiming to be the IRS threatend me with fines, but would not state exactly what the accusation is.  The call was from a recording asking me to call back.  

Tip off, IRS would never say "GOOD LUCK" and communication is done by mail not a phone call.  Reporting this call to our local police department to get the word out.

I got several calls from this number today. same name.  ignore

I got the same call three times today! The IRS would not call like this. I blocked the number.

Just got a call from "Brian Jones" from IRS. Said my husband was going to be arrested for outstanding taxes (we pay all our taxes).  I wish people like this could be punished. So annoying to harrass strangers! Received a second call from Mr Hall claiming to be an FBI agent. I laughed when he said this! (Both men had Indian accents).

If you still have this information on caller ID, or continue to receive these calls, contact your local police department (use routine calls number, not 911)

A note to everyone who receives calls claiming to be from IRS, and/or follow-up calls from FBI...in the state of CT, we have been advised to contact our local police department with caller ID information, names of callers (even though they may be false), any information is helpful.  Call the routine calls number of the PD, not 911.  An officer from the police department will then pass on this information to the proper authorities.

2028641281 is a cheating number!

Just got a call few days ago few hours apart. Only left a messages as it was foreign number I'm not used to claimed to be IRS. But it's funny cuz the real IRS only send letters in the mail this was Some Taliban or Pakistani, Indian Guy they are all the same hate them all. Not the real IRS as I have people on the inside and told me they would never call me LOL...

Received the following call, "...directed to return the call.  The issue at hand is extremely time sensitive and very urgent.  My name is officer Brian Jones and hotline to my division is 202-864-1281.  I repeat it's 202-864-1281.  Don't try to disregard this message and do return the call.  If you don't return the call and if I don't hear from your attorney either than the only thing I can do is wish you good luck as the situation unfolds on you.  For your reference Brian Jones from Internal Revenue Service.  Thank you and goodbye."  The caller is heavily accented as described by others above.  I did not return the call as it is clearly bogus.

I just received the call today probably 2 or 3 times, he has a very heavy indian accent.  He claims to be Brian Jones from IRS.  He said that he is officer Brian Jones and you have to call this no. 202-864-1281.  Don't try to disregard this message and return the call.  If you don't return the call and if I don't hear from you or your attorney either than the only thing I can do is wish you good luck as the situation will get worse.  Thank you.
     I did return the call and was able to talk to this Indian guy and there's so much background noise and he kept insisting that he is an officer from IRS and that I have a case owing serious debts.  I told him that he is harassing me and this is a SCAM and IRS would never do this kind of phone call, he got irritated and said that he will shoot me in front of my doorstep.  SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM..........please ignore this phone call from this no. 202-864-1281..........

Received a call from 202-864-1281. ID himself as investigator Brain said for me not to even think of ignoring this phone call, and if I do good luck going through the court system.

Received a phone call from a gentleman with a thick Indian accent that stated that he was an investigator for the IRS and called himself Brian Jones, he then started spewing IRS codes and actived as if he were reading a legal affidavit which falsely accused us of tax fraud and demanded immediate payment in the amount of over 2,500 to the IRS to resolve the issue, or else we would be arrested and all of our property seized and assets frozen.   At that point we realized it was a scam and hung up.  

We were told by this "bully punk" impersonating an IRS investigator that we had 15 minutes to agree to pay over $2500.00 to him as a representative of the IRS, or the police would show up at our door and arrest us - were still waiting.  LOL  This dude is seriously psycho.
