I received a call from a woman today stating she was with ACS. She said she had 4 questions regarding a debt I had some 15+ years ago.  Red flags went up when first she used my married last name vs. maiden. Second was amount was 3x the amount. Third was a very heavy accent. I asked for her info and in formed her I was going to contact local law enforcement to investigate further. She stuttered a bit and call ended. This may of been ligit but I feel it was sketchy.

Left a message with my job saying it's regarding a student loan, I have no idea why they'd be calling me at work since I don't have a student loan

Student loan forgiveness program...not sure if it's legit but I didn't give them any information nor will I ever! Send me something certified mail, then we will talk!

Called and left NO Message.  When number is dialed, immediately plays a phony busy signal and then call is disconnected.  Clearly a nefarious SPAM/SCAM entity that uses fraudulent telemarketing means to defraud people.  DO NOT ANSWER!

Received a call from this number this morning.  I didn't answer and no voicemail message was left.  Sounds like a scam.  Don't respond to anyone calling you from this number.  I have blocked this number.

Block it immediately

This#  calls at any given time. If left for VM they leave NO MESSAGE...so it's not important enough to leave a message so that I can decide if I need to answer your call, but still calls "whenever"...

When I answered there was no one talking, I said remove me from your call list- answer was no, I said excuse me, who is this- the answer is a creepy male voice said no you want this. I provided an expletive and hung up then blocked #.

Hung up on me when I said I didn't have apply for a loan

And they are back ! :(  One of 100+ SCAM calls I have received in the last six weeks (even after blocking 70+ different phone numbers from a dozen different area codes)--"pay day loan", "student loan forgiveness", "government grants" "sweepstakes eligibility" etc. Called my cell today, left no message.  I blocked them.
