keeps calling my cell phone, never leaves a message.

I called the number back as they call at random times more than once a day and never leave a message. It is IC Systems. They answered "IC Systems, may I get the reference number or phone number please?"

This is a collection agency and i think it is part of Centurylink.

This is IC Systems and I have a transfer call for you, hold please. I hang up because I have no idea who this is or why they are trying to call me. I am afraid it is a long distance transfer.

I keep getting calls from this number, they never leave a message. Please stop calling me.

harrassing calls leave me alone please.

They call several times a day on my cell phone.  When I callled back to find out who it was, they aswered "IC Systems".  Apparently, this is a collection agency.  I do not owe money, but they will not remove my name from their list.  It is impossible to confuse them with the facts, since they are hell-bent on acting obnoxious.  Blocked the number; they can KMA.

New Blackberry I received and they keep calling me at least 1-2 time per week; no message and when answering nobody responds - so annoying

If they would tell you who they are, they wouldnt have to call so much, n may actually get results. F--- Them!! Lame

It is a collection agency for CenturyLink.

I told them to shut off the phone line, they did not FOR THE SOLE PURPOSE  to keep racking up the bill. I told them to remove me from their calling list, if they need to send it to collections or continue further action then do  it.  DO NOT WANT THE 7- 10 CALLS A DAY ANYMORE. I do not have the money to pay it. So there is nothing I can do.

Just called my #, 3/13/12 2:15pm. 1st time.
My phone number was assigned Dec. 2011.
I do not owe them any money & there is no reason a debt collector has any business contacting me.
I live in the Greensboro, NC area & am a victim of 10 years of Government Harassment/Stalking, so far.
Corporations, Government Contracting Firms, Military Contractors ect...are all participating in harassing innocent people.  Vendictive people (connected people) can submit names of exspouse, problem neighbors, anyone they are jealous of or is otherwise in their way/or the Government's way.  It's a revenge service.
The harassing phone calls coming from this company may or may not be part of this.
I get MANY strange phone calls and have for many years since I left my former husband, in my case, the harassing phone calls are only a small part of the harassment I deal with on a daily basis.  
I am keeping records of all these strange calls.  You can go to your local Police Station & file a report, if you get too annoyed.  Hope this may help someone.
