Keeps calling my cell phone over and over. No messages

It calls my cell phone.  I didn't recognize the number so I blocked it, but it's still able to leave messages on my voice mail.  It says it's a debt collection agency.  This has to be false because I've paid off all my debt.

they hung up so i googled the number. now that i see these posts, i won't answer if they call again.

Got call on my cell phone from 202-870-5891 almost 8pm. Man kept asking for me, but would only give me his 1st name. I had to ask several times before he would tell me what company he was calling from - "IC Systems" Then a lady took over the call... Some sites say Telemarketing. Some sites say Debt Collector. Either way, use your service provider to block this #. From what I've gathered it's all a phishing scam trying to gather personal information about you... Not legitimate company. Shady business scam.

I'm glad I found this site. This number keeps calling my cell every night. He said he said he was with some agency I never heard of. When I asked his name he said Michael.. no last name? Somethings fishy about this number.

Have got numerous calls on my cell asking for someone I've never heard of. Refuse to give name or company name.

I keep getting calls like this asking for different people. Some say they are looking for shelly or dave.  we told our carrier to block the numbers and they said they did but more people call and say the same thing. i just dont answer.

Robocall: This is an attempt to collect a debt, any info....etc. Callback number 888 312 3595.

They keep calling my phone 5-6 times a day and leave no message. ANNOYING!

says is a matter of personal business and they have to connect me...never connects though

Do not recognize number. They keep calling my cell  but and are not leaving a message.

got a call from 202-870-5891 several times a day and it is getting annoying they dont leave a message. I'm going to block whoever it is.

They call me every so often.  My VOIP service gives them a three-tone recording and a "disconnected" message each time.  But they persist.  They are debt collectors.  And no, I have no debts.  And yes, I'm sure of that.  And yes I recently checked my credit report.  Thanks for asking.

They Call and no-one is on the other end.  When the # is called, a recording for a collection agency answers.  NOT A PROFESSIONAL WAY TO COLLECT A DEBT.

Just annoying!! Told them they had the wrong # but the guy said they would try again later. WTH!! Didn't I just say that you have the wrong #?! Will block this # from now on.
