Just got a call from them too.  My area code is 303, any similarities?

Whoever they are they have called many times but will not leave a message. I guess they don't understand the full concept of the telephone.

Target collection agency IC System.  Nasty - argumentative and downright wrong --- even after a payment demand more.

Been receiving daily calls from this number.  When answered, no response; when left for message machine to pick up, no response.  Who are they?

they let it ring twice and hang up before I can get to the phone - finally got them to answer me and the guy seemed upset and said his name was Ben. He asked for me and i asked what this was regarding and he said IS XYZ there!!! What a jerk! Like he did not hear me. Can they be reported?

You are correct it is Target's collection department.  Depending who you talked to some are nice & some are not.  They are using a dialer system so if there is a pause before your voice mail picks up it will automatically hang up.  Or they have set it up to speak with a live person only.

I received a Call this very very early morning from this number at 3:25 AM

They called back immediately after i silenced my ringer

That's against the law. According to my limited knoledge of the law, collection agencies or telemarketers cannot call you between the hours of 9 pm until 8 am. So a call at 4 am clearly falls in the prohibited zone.You can report this company to the trade commission and to the bussines commission. If there is anyway for you to get a physical evidence; like a phone company calls record, to show the time of the call and the phone number, you might even be able to sue them. I receive this calls all the time, I'm unemployed like the 10% of this nation, and are unable to make any payments to the CC companies. This people couldn't care less for whatever hardship you are going thru, they just want your money. Where is the economic relief??? I'll file BK if I had the money to do it, but I can't even afford that. I'm stuck in hell listening to my phone ringing all day from this people.

I used to get calls from these idiots till I paid my bill off. I had a out standing bill with them but I paid it off and I still got calls so they must not update there system very often. So the thing to do is answer the phone like your a police officer and tell them there has been a crime involving you. Then say to the operator you need there information because they know you and information about you that they need for there investigation. They will hang up right away and hopefully like they did with me, they all around stopped calling. Good luck to you all!

this # calls all the eime, it is very annoying. if they continue to call, i will report them to the fedeal government for harrassment.DO NOT CALL THIS # ANYMORE!!!!!!

All the Freakin' Time. Most of the time I just ignore it but if I do answer it just hangs up.
