How do i stop?  Its the worse....

calls early morning no message; do not know anyone in DC

received the call at least 3 times and no one answers.

got a hang up from this number 6 times today

calls six or seven times a day. Usually starts early in the morning and no message or just hang ups.  Very annoying

it's a collection agency

they call mobile then home hanging up both, call back and get recording to hold

this number calls early and a recorded message asks you to hold on over and over again,saying its trying to connect you,,ive not yet got a person,it ends by saying it will try to connect you later,,,hmmm

They keep calling and no one is there.  then they hang up.

they call my mobile twice a day, twice have left a voice mail that's just a recorded message saying "sorry to keep you waiting." Tonight they called on a Sunday for the first time ever, which is very, very annoying. I've never had a collection agency OR a telemarketer call me on a Sunday.

i guess i'll answer next time but today i slept in and in the meantime missed 3 calls from this number. #1 - 8:11am, #2 - 9:13am, #3 - 10:40am

Called me four consecutive days with no message left.

Annoying call. Call and no one at other end. Calls, Calls and Calls.

These people call my cell many times a day and hang up. Does anyone know who this is?

I beleieve they are a collection agengy

they called me and when I answered, it was like there was no one there. but they finally started talking, they said they were from IC systems but couldn't tell me anything else about the company. they asked me if i've ever lived at a specific address which happens to be the building my old roommate now lives in. they knew my name but spelled it wrong, and finally after saying about four times that I've never lived there, they said they would delete my number from the database. let's hope they do! they were so rude!!

This caller is IC Systems, and they are a collection agency, specializing in collections on behalf of utility companies primarily. They were trying to track someone who previously had our cell number. My husband is a Law Enforcement Officer and was able to get the information needed. I'm sure they will delete my number from their database. My husband told them our next step would be to contact his boss, the Illinois Attorney General, to launch a formal complaint.

These muthasuckas call me everyday. After the 1st 16 calls in 1 wk. I have a feature on my phone where I program the number 1-202-870-5977 to go directly to voicemail. So, now everytime they call me I never get the call. The only way ill find out if they called is by checking my vmail or call log, which I hardly do anyways..lol.

they've called me every day for a week. today i finally answered. the lady identified herself (barely) as some kind of account manager, and informed me that i had a delinquent account. however, she was unable to tell me WITH WHOM or how much, because she was "just an agent" and not allowed to "open the file." she then attempted to transfer me to whoever was going to help me with this, and came back online to say they were all busy and they'd try me again at a different time. while she did not press me for information, and actually apologized for "wasting your time" (her words), this totally seems like spam.
