I received a call from this number but the voicemessage from Brittany Smith provided a different call back number (855-393-4949 ext . 402) The 855 number has also been reported to 800notes.com as a scam and the 202 number is reported to be known for scams. I am not returning call even though Brittany claimed that there is criminal activity in my name and associated with my social # ??!! suspicious! I amsure they are trying to get me to provide my social security number so they can start with this "criminal activity"

Got the same call twice today. They asked for someone who does not live here I told them that that person does not live here and told them not to call again and they called back again and left the same message on my answering machine.

Investigator Brittany Smith from Law Office of Bryant, Bryant & Associates, has criminal allegations aginst my name & social and needs me or my attorney to call.. Old payday loan that was paid back years ago, even if I hadnt paid it back its not a criminal charge.. Scam must think people are stupid.. Ill be forwarding this to Attorney General in my State  Who calls from one number 202-879-7728 but gives another to call them back 855- 393-4949 x402
