Got 1 rang, I answered, said"hello" and line went dead.  At 11:42 a.m., 37 mins after I got possible robocall from Dominican Republic from (727) 275-9075, on 1/18/14.  That call was one ring and
went dead bf I could pick it up.

Same thing happened to me on my business cell phone.  One ring and then it stopped before I could answer.  I think I've gotten similar calls from that number before.

Reward Redemption center - Nothing more than just another scam. Put the number on your blocked calls.

Canned message said "call redemption center....". Selected 1.......party said "whom am I speaking with?" I remained silent. Party said "alert.....weirdo in the house" and then hung up.

This number keeps calling my cell phone. Just one ring and then nothing. Must be some kind of scammer. Just ignore.

Same here one ring. I'm ignoring it.

Recently read a story online that saying that "one ring" calls are sometimes trying to trick people into calling back and being connected to an expensive chat line.

same thing here 1 ring and then nothing. our news in knoxville tn just did a story about the 1 ring phone scam going on here. As soon as you call back it charges $20 and then $9 a minute. here is the story. http://www.wbir.com/story/news/nation/2014/02 ... ountry/5189161/  thankfully i have an unlimited phone card through walmart. which means there is no way they can charge me. i feel sorry for those who don't have that though. when you get your phone bill you will be surprised. its best just to remember no voicemail no callback. that being said the 202 area code isn't on the list but i would never call it back

Do not answer. It is a scam. Repeat do not answer this phone call, they will bill your phone for an international phone call.

Yep, it must be a scam. I did not answer or call back. I looked where the 202 area code is and saw this web page.

Saw a missed call from this number but no message was left. I added it to my phone service's block list.
