Just received a call this evening. They left no message and caller ID says Meriden Connecticut.

It's an IRS scam

Got a call from here twice this week, no voicemail left. Caller id says Meriden Connecticut

Call 3 to 4 times a day. Never leave a message

Trying to sell me Solar panels. Told him to get lost.

Same number, now trying to sell me medical bracelets. WTH! Make up your mind, solar panels or bracelets. Hmmm...I guess next call will be from Wilford Brimley yelling at me about diabetes.

Called again but this time, Mr. Number application on my phone worked and promptly hung up on this number. Phone never rang. I think I can get used to this app.

Repeated calls to our home phone from this number identified on Caller ID as Meriden, CT.  In general, no one responds when we answer, but then an automated voice says goodbye.  When we try to call back, a recording states that this number is not in service.  On a few occasions, when we answer calls from this number, a person with a heavy accent tries to sell us solar panels.  When we do speak with a person, we ask them to remove us from their list and tell them that we are on the Do Not Call registry.  They hang up on us, but call back in approximately an hour.  How can we stop these calls???

Buy a call blocking device. Not horribly expensive and saves you the hassle from hearing from these guys ever again.
