Not sure who it was but I just called the number back and the first thing it says is press 1 to be placed on a do not call list for the number that just called you.

I am tired of getting these unsolicited sales calls

This is a telemarketing company. They are selling insurance. Just don't answer. Its ridiculous.

I let the robo-recording get as far as "Attention: this is not a sales call--" before I hung up and blocked the number.

I got a call from this number today. They said I have been approved for a govt grant (that I did not apply for) for a small fee that must be paid upfront before they can proceed.
