I received a call from this number at 8:48 am on Jan 29 2008. I did not answer but called back immediately. The recording spoke in what sounded Persian first and then in broken English that the phone number was not a working number. I hung up.

I got a call from this number today too. What is it?  I didn't answer and they didn't leave a message.I am in NY.

CAll was made to a number that is on the do not call registry.  Person making the call barely spoke English.  When advised that number was on do not call registry the caller hung up

got same call @ 9;15 on 1/31/08 did not answer as i never do but it did say from connecticut

I received a phone call this afternoon around 1:30, also from a lady who could barely speak english.  She told me that she was calling on behalf of SunCom, and that she was going to send me a "free" flip phone.  I told her no thanks, that I was happy with the service I currently had.  She sounded surprise by my respond, and I hung up.  I live in North Carolina.

I got a call from this number 203-388-0775. Since I do not have any friends in Connecticut, I figured I would let it go to voice mail and see what the message was. As I suspected, it was a crank call - some telemarketer etc. I am glad I did not pick up the phone, and instead went to Google and found that this is a REPORTED number.

I also just got a call from this number..203-388-0775, i answered, but no one spoke.

Got the phone call also at 10:41 eastern a.m., I did not answer but went on Google. I don't know anyone in that area, no message was left.

i got a call from this number 02/01/2007 at 11:25 am. didn't answer it cause i didn't know the number. googled it and found this. i also found on line that the number is in Stamford, Connecticut. i don't know anyone there and they didn't leave a message on my machine either. i'm in South Carolina.

The same thing happened to me just minutes ago (1 PM, 2/1/08). I answered it but the caller hung up immediately.

Sounds like what I experienced is the same as others above. I answered the call and a female person responded who sounded as if she was from either India/Persia/Pakistan/Mexico (because she had very poor English with a very difficult almost garbled accent). Finally I found out she/they wanted to give me a "free" phone from "T-Mobile" (I think??) I told her I was on the DNC Registry. Immediate hang-up! Who are these people!

called and immediately hung up.  I called them back, and the ring tone sounded similar to when I've called overseas.  When caller answered, they immediately hung up.

Called when answered they hung up. When returning the call I was hung up on.

Call came into my home number on 2/15/08.

received a phone call at 8:50 this morning, 15 Feb 08, didn't answer the phone.  You would think that there was something you could do about getting annoying phone calls like this. It doesn't matter if you are on the DNC list, they still call.
