This number calls every day.  When I call it back it is a disconnected number.  Must be a scam.

(203)-518-8023 called my phone after I said hello they hung up. Like "Hello you called me. Tried calling back says # is no longer in service? OK?! Blocked the number can't call me again. Did a reverse look up it's from Waterbury, CT 06702 from a cell phone with new Cingular wireless PCS LLC.

This number calls me about 3 times a week, when I answer they hand up.  I called them back the 1st time I got the call and it said the number was not in service.  These people need to get a life.

Called twice in one day, no message either time.  Next day, same exact pattern, except a different number this time.  Looking back, this seems to be a pattern, although different numbers each day.  Whoever it is appears to be more interested in harassing me, than talking to me.
