I don't answer these calls. Have no idea who "Local Rank 8" is, which is what my caller ID showed. Truly getting tired of calls from people I have nothing to do with and as I don't owe anybody any money wish they'd quit randomly dialing people as this is harrassment plain and simple.

"Our records show that you have not updated your free Google listing".  Just another Google listing scam.

Just recieved a call for this number on my cell. I ignore as usual.

they ask to update free google listing. So annoying they call three time a day with different phone numbers. i filed a complaint with national do not call and they still freaking call!!!

They called - I blocked.

They also use 570 983-2218.

Both numbers are now blocked!

I have received two calls in two days from this number.  I receive calls almost daily from a revolving caller id name, and constantly changing phone numbers and I think they are all the same people.  I don't answer my phone any longer.  I've blocked as many numbers as I'm allowed to  block so can't block any more.  I've been on Do Not Call for years, and don't find that it does any good.

Same 203-538-0980 number just called and I never answer unknown calls. Caller ID read Shelton CT and I'm in CA.

Caller from Huntington, CT. No message left. Most posters report "Google" scammers. Caller ID shows Shelton, which makes it in Connecticut.

Same old, same old, annoying [***]! Hard to believe that I have 30 of these jokers blocked at any given time.  Of course.............the USA government does nothing even if you are on a n"no call" list. They have trouble delivering the mail, so catching up with these Yahoos would be like performing brain surgery for them.

They call every day, never answer but see it on caller ID. Thanks to whomever created this site so that I may continue to ignore calls that everyone gets and no one wants.

The DNC list is a joke!  As long as the telephone cos. keep making millions on these [***], this WILL NOT STOP!
The FTC and the FCC are nothing but a bunch of do nothing pay rollers. They are useless.
They are concerned only about
'when is my next raise'.
'When is my lunch hour.'
'When do I get more vacation time.'
'When do I go home.'
They care nothing about any other subject.
So be prepared for the telemarketing scammers to increase there calls on us .
In other words...They are government workers.

I get calls from these clowns on a consistent basis. Today's call didn't have a name attached, just listed the phone number twice. 586-231-3711. Usually the associated name is "Local Rank." I am getting beyond fed up with the irritating "Our records show that you have not updated your free google listing" message. What are they hoping to accomplish? (other than driving us to distraction, I mean) I don't know if this is related to the phone company that we go through, I use Vonage. Maybe they are selling our info?

I have also received calls from R2J2 Company from 484-589-5591 and 914-530-2334. Both of which were hang up calls. I did a quick search on the numbers and found that people have also gotten the "update google" message from them. I have received the same call from many different numbers, but they have since been deleted from my Call ID so I cannot post them.

I also found a possible motive behind their harassment and some sound advice from a user named Daniel. It is as follows:

"This number is a robocall looking for live numbers (numbers answered by humans) to make a list that is sold to collectors, telemarketers and of course, scammers. The best is not to answer, much less press any button. And report it to the Don Not Call List. Also, it is better not to mention your name in your voice mail message, this information can be sold too."
