Some woman with a heavy accent claiming she is calling from pretrial processing about 2 charges against me in New haven county court. She claims she will pursue me at my home and place of work. The caller Id showed a CT area code but of course she leaves an out of state number. I've been scammed before by these extortionists claiming I owe on a debt I don't. Wish there was a way to stop them.

203-571-3898, company calling with a case number. Indicating they are calling from pre-trial processing when you call back. When you call back it doesn't ring, it says "please wait to be connected" and then someone answers with their name, no name of business. I asked whom I was speaking with and they gave me a name but no company. Indicating Pre-trial processing.

Called my boyfriend about some pre-trial saying to avoid going to court he would need to pay $1000 with a debit card over the phone. I did research on this number it is not connected to a name or place of business. I called myself and she didnt say her name she just said hello. Im sorry but usually a business will state the business name followed by their name and how may i help you.

I just received a call stating the same thing as experienced as above by Monica.  I have not yet called them back.

Woman with accent, says her name is Amy Dixon and she is calling on behalf of Provisional Risk Services stating she has filed with State of Connecticut and county clerk regarding allegations against me. If i did not respond she would pursue me at my home and job, Then stated I had the legal right to "settle with the plaintiff before trial" but only if I relied to her. If they found me, I forfieted that right. She also called my daughter and sister asking for my address and social security number.

If you call the number back they just answer "hello" not with the company name. When asked who they are representing, they refuse to tell you that info unless you disclose your social security # or address.

Smells like a scam to me

203-571-3898 called my mother's house left a message with a case number,called them back, not only was their info on me wrong (made them verify there info on me ,given yes or no questions) no business name , sounded likr they were taking a shot in the dark about what thye had on you , but like many others said "willing to settle" beforehand , wanted $800 FOH & you cant verify me smdh damn scammers

I just got another call from them also. This time they called my house and left the message for my children and family members to hear. If this is legit why would they leave that kind of message instead of stating it is a personal business matter and they need to have a call back? I looked online for this company and saw nothing about them. The guy's name is Bobby Taylor and he has a Indian accent. This is getting to be ridiculous now.

These bottom feeders called my step mother.  I have no idea how they even got her number - I didn't even have her phone number saved in my phone.  They called her to find me and told her they were calling from "CT".  They didn't even say Connecticut because I'm pretty sure they couldn't pronounce it.  I haven't live in Connecticut in over 2 years.  They gave her a bogus case number which I looked up on the County Clerk's website - it doesn't exist.  When I called them back, they gave me the same runaround about not being able to share what the call was regarding unless I gave them my social, current address, a pint of my blood, my firstborn, etc.  I spoke with "Steven" first and then was put on the phone with "Brian" when I asked to speak with a manager.  They were both nasty and wildly unprofessional.  If they're going to scam people for a living, they should really take some acting classes and invest in Rosetta Stone to improve their communication skills.
