Answered this today and was a foreign sounding lady who stated she was doing an important survey on behalf of the UK council? When quizzed she stated that she was West Mids council and I told her I live nowhere near that area. I am blocking this number as came across as false and their intentions are suspect.

I'm in the uk. Keeps calling even after being told not to. Always rude and not connected to ANYBODY they claim to be. I have researched this quite a bit now and all I can find is the company they say they are sell the details to other companies. DO NOT GIVE OUT ANY PERSONAL INFO TO THESE SCUMBAGS.

Have around 5 calls a day. Just had another one stating he was from our local council and doing a survey, I questioned him about his ware about and then told him he was calling from america, which he denied, he continued to ask for personal details , which I obviously never. So I decided to verbally abuse him and told him to go forth and multiply in several different ways. Then I told him if he phoned again I would find him ! Hopefully they will now stop! Sometimes I think you have to verbally abuse the abuser. Made me feel better anyway.

Just left it ring been persistent these past 2 weeks.. Going to block them now

This number has been ringing me 4/5 a week for the past 3 weeks.  I don't answer international call due to the cost.  Now blocked the number!

I just got a call from this number and I live in the UK! my cellphone registered the number from Alexandria!! although he said they were in Calcutta!!

Just got a call from this number. when I answered i could hear noise on the line but nobody spoke so I hung up. I hope this is the only time. Will not answer in the future.

This number calls me around 3 times a week. The foreign sounding lady said she was doing a survey that would take 1 minute. She called me by the wrong name and had the wrong address for me (surprise surprise). I have blocked this number. Do not answer!

Just got a call, foreign lady doing a survey for UK council. Said repeatedly ...will only take 1 minute.
Started by asking to confirm my address, which they had right but i didn't tell them that!
Could hear her still chatting on about only taking 1 minute when i declined and hung up the phone.

Seems to be no more than a phishing expedition!! Will not be disclosing any info to these type of callers, or
any unknown callers for that matter!

Just got a call from this number, did not answer because it came up as unknown & similar to another number calling me which has the same sort of reports as these on their site. The other number is 2036300278, wonder how many numbers they have. The 278 number rings me twice a day but I just ignore.

Also had a call. Seems like they call in blocks. I havent received a call from this number on the last few weeks and only once before. I answered that time but not this time. The poster who mentioned about 1 minute 1 minute is similar to my previous experience. They had my details wrong which is fortunate. Obviously don't be ignorant enough to give them anything.
