Received an unsolicited call.  Number wasn't in my contacts, so I didn't answer; caller left no message so assume it was spam (we're on the Do-not-Call list).

Same thing. Didn't answer. No message.

Computer responded when I answered. Called about "my account" and how I could lower my interest rate. Never mentioned the company, just "press 1" to speak to someone because the offer would expire soon.

Just like Matt & Arby, I just got a call from this number too. It's apparently running amuck now to harvest real numbers or something.

I answered this call and it stated it was calling from my card services and could lower my interest rate. It was a scam they did not provide me with accurate information.

Called my cell @ 11:43 AM on 4/6. Rang twice, no VM left. Guess they didn't want to talk after all...

WARNING--BEWARE!! These callers are   B I G   credit card criminals, known as the card service scammers! Under NO circumstances, give these lowlifes your credit card number, or you will regret it forever!

Called but left no voicemail message.

Just got this call. Didn't know who it was, so I answered. They said "hello, this is Heather in account services" then the line just cut off!

The call began with english speaking woman saying hit 1 to lower my interest rate on my credit card. I hit 1 and it transferred to someone who barely spoke english, Indian or Arabic origin I am guessing. I asked them to spelcify which card and they could not. I asked them if they were referring to my Venture card and they responded yes. I do not have a Venture card so I hung up. They called back like 5 times from unknown number but I did not answer. I smell SCAM!!

Called without leaving voicemail.  Glad I didn't respond!

I just got one, I didn't answer. Glad I didn't. I get these calls at home, even though I'm on the do not call list, and they leave messages telling me this is my last chance to take advantage of reducing by credit card interest rate.  I talked to one of them and got the same sense as JayT. When I asked them which credit card they were calling about they couldn't tell me, said I had to give them that information to see if I qualified. I told them that if they were calling be about reducing my interest rate on my credit card bills they should already have this information. The person stayed on the phone arguing with me about how I had to give them my information so they could verify it. I purposely kept arguing with them to see what would happen, I finally just told them not to call again and hung up. But of course they still call.

The card service scammers   WILL   'service' our credit cards,   BUT,   when they finish 'servicing' them, they will have NO available credit remaining! People that are fooled into having their cards 'serviced' will be charged a MINIMUM of $795.00, and many times the ENTIRE amount remaining on the card. The card service scammers are a disgusting group of degenerates, who prey mainly on the low income, and the elderly, but will cheat anyone that they can!

Missed called from 10:30 AM, almost called back because I have relatives in CT, but they would be at work.  Glad I loooked it up, I won't bother.

Did not answer  but my caller ID showed the name MUDENDA MALILA.  I am sure it was a scammer, we do not answer callers or numbers from scumbags.
