Person keeps calling, never leaves a message.

Just today alone, this caller has phoned 3 times and it's barely noon. Like the previous writer, there is never a message left on my machine. Typically the calling begins around 8AM and doesn't stop until around 9PM, totaling anywhere from 3-9 calls in a day.

Same thing is happening to me here in Southern CT

Recieved a few calls, finally answered and got the same claim about "free carpet, upholstery or hardwood floor cleaning" Gave a reference name: Stanislaw Chomiko" as the one that they got my name from. However, they refered to spelling from the telephone book. Actually was kind of rude when I asked them how they obtained my number. I was informed that they had already told me that. I directed them to remove me from their calling list and then she really got forceful on getting the reference from someone. Apparently didn't like that I was catching on to their game.

I called phone company and lodged complaint and had a not to my account for protections sake. Provided all of the above detail. Operator attempted to perform a trace but could not get any detail. Said that the inability to get through using the number from caller ID, circuits were busy, indicates telemarketers.

I'm in CT also.

Called two days in a row. Telling me he wanted to set up a free carpet clean. Don't know how he got our number. Said a friend nam Pat Ronney gave it to him. he was clearly making that name up as he stuttered through the words. Beware.

This [***] keeps calling my house and asks for me if I tell them Im not home they just hang up.

This is a Better Business Report.  This is  Kirby Vacuum Sales business...door to door sales guys selling very overpriced vacuum cleaners.  Check out the "scam" online for these expensive vacuums that weigh a ton.  SZ Enterprises charge up to 26% interest on financing since they start their prices (before bartering) at $2000!  They are not online, nor do they have an answering machine.  I doubt this is anything more than a front for Kirby sales.

They use a list of names generated by  people who have let these sales guys into the house to clean their carpets or furniture...then they call up and offer the free cleaning when in reality they are Kirby vacuum sales guys.  I bought it after  being worn down for 3 1/2 hours but canceled my contract via certified mail the next day...you only have 3 days to cancel.  They still have not picked up the vacuum cleaner...2 weeks later!  The manager, "Mr Kevin" (no last names ever!)said that my check was destroyed but I called my bank and made sure it was a stop payment.  They make the money from overcharging on the vacuum and then adding a finance charge to the deal that exceeds 18%...or more.  I saw right through it (the vacuum works well, just very heavy and unwieldy) and demanded a lower price, but I could tell that the sales guy was losing his commission each time he had to go lower.  SZ Enterprises at 203 799 0555 is a shady operation!!!

Sz Enterprise Scam!!! They advertise jobs in the ct post.. Once you call a girl sounding no older then 12 picks up the phone and says. " Hello how can I help you. Wright there was a clue something is fishy about this company.. When I menttioned the ad in the newspaper they rushed to get me in for an interview. Umm I didn't even catch the busines name yet.. when I mentioned about how her poor phone skills she said in a childen voice there are alot of phone lines umm isn't that the main one?   It gets better I decied to go to the interview. I arrive to a dumpy warehouse and enter through the doors in the back of the building.  There are 6 people waiting and a station set up with clip boards the little sign says sign in and fill out an application. well something began to really stink since I have seen these types of employement scams before companies which I will not mention at this time.  I am not looking forward to phone calls from these people. My wife and I have two children and can not be bothered by phony employement or sales calls from this company anymore

I recently went to the SZ office and went for the interview.  I got the job and are in training now to sell the kirby's.  The owner Scott is obviously a millionaire.  They don't take taxes out of the checks and ask you to write down people and their numbers that you know so thats how they are prolly getting your unwanted calls.  Now there are at least 30 people in this orientation so imagine all your numbers they are getting, and guess what? Every number you give they give you $20.  They are supposed to pay $500 a week even if you don't sell any kirbys and an extra $200 in the pay check if you sell one.  Let's see if I get paid.  Sounds too good to be true huh?  I'll let ya know in a week if the money is flowin'.

I'm sorry but I've to tell you, tehy don't explain everything until you started and you NOT gonna get paid $500 if you don't make 15 appointments a week.

And, the $500 it's JUST FOR THE FIRST MONTH, after a month, you not gonna get paid $500 even if you make 19 app. a week, after a month you just get paid if you sell, if not, you don't get nothing and spend a LOT with gas, food and put miles on your car.

They don't help, they don't care about you, they care about their money, because commission it's supposed to be by percent and not like the way they do, if you sell a Kirby, $1100 is their money, the diference is yours, yhis is not a commission, because they lower the price for costumer buy a Kirby but the money it's taking off of your "commission".

And believe or not, the Kirby cost to then less them (SZ) $300.

And also, because you're new, to make sure that you NOT gonna make a the first month 15 app by week, they gonna give you crap app or fake app, just for don't count as a 15 app and don't pay you a $500 payment.

You are full of crap, friend, I work there and they DO NOT ask us to provide numbers, nor do they pay you for them! The numbers are procured legally, and the same way all other businesses procure numbers, by buying them. The people selling them are banks, insurance companies, etc. people you give your number to freely every day. dont want us to call you? Please put yourself on the government offered do not call list! This is a business just like any other business in America, looking to profit. So if you dont like what they are selling or offering, hang up! And for the gentleman that was "harassed" into buying a Kirby, i dont believe you, is it that hard to say no? it is your home, say no! then ask them to leave. if they dont im quite sure you have the option to call the police.

I am online researching a specific company, SX Enterprises, whom corespond with this number.  This is a fromt for the Kirby Vacuum Company.  These people are animals.  I reccomend that you never ever allow them into your home.

This business is a crock of [***].  What type of business hands out their daughters cell phone number for job inquiries?  I tried calling and I get a 10 year old's voicemail?  STOP SCREWING PEOPLE AND MAKE AN HONEST LIVING INSTEAD OF BRINGING PEOPLE IN TO USE FOR YOUR BULL CRAP SCAM!  You may have legality to stand by but you are far from a legitimate, honest, hard working company, and of all people, your FATHER (the real scam artist) should know how much of people's time he is taking advantage of.  Go do your business elsewhere, and leave hard working American's out of it.

hi guys.. i understand every thing u guys saying. i will just say one thing. our company is real and not a harassing company. i will give an example, if a person get a job in an add company and they say to employee that he will get bonus if he get customers. So after hering  that some employee go greedy and call to unknown people from yellow pages. There is nothing else with these calls. As every one love there job so thats why they call....I hope some people how have common sense they will understand that thanks..

This company preys on people trying to make a living-they say the sales people have to have 15 visits to get paid the $500 and then when they show up they have no appt. to send them to-or they send them to addresses where there is no appt.-they do what ever they can not to pay staff.  They like young college kids off for summer trying to find work then do not pay them.  They won't allow the sales people to call appt. to verify before they drive 30 miles and when they get there no one is home.  Promise all these bonus but like pulling teeth to get paid.  Run a help wanted ad every week looking for new prey-I will be reporting to the Better Business Bureau, Dept of Labor and anything else I can think of-should be ashamed of themselves-if you apply there watch out!!!

I am in the process of suing to get my money back. They have yet to respond to the small claim. They have put my wife and I through hell to get our money back. They did not honor their contract and I will continue the fight for everyone that they have ripped off.
