This number called my house phone two days in a row.

called left no message ID showed only as "Norwalk"

They said they were LYSCO, the chimney company. I said I've never done business with Lysco and they hung up.

Just got a call from this number.  Said they wanted to speak to the homeowner regarding cleaning the chimney.  When I responded "no, thank you" the caller said "f..k you too" and then hung up.

Called tonight, left no message.  My number is on the no call list, can't I report them to someone and get them fined?

Man asked for a person i didn't recognize.... then told me to f-off when I said I wasn't that person....

They used a disguised female computer voice tben breathed heavy

Called every morning for three days at 9:00 am. No message, nothing just a hangup.

They called 48 hours ago and said nothing. Then they called a few minutes ago and a woman said she was from the chimney cleaning company. I've heard from these people before, and asked them not to phone me numerous times. (This goes back years.) I told the woman I was on the Do Not Call list and if she called me again she would be in big trouble. She replied, "I'll call again tomorrow," and hung up. I got exactly the same response a year or so ago when they called. The voice sounded familiar. It may be the same woman. I dialed *69, got her number, called it back, and left her another warning via voicemail. I also dialed *57 to trace the call. WhitePages.com says the number is VOIP and based in Norwalk, Connecticut.

This is a scam Chimney service. They cold call and pretend they have done work for you before. If you say no thanks, they swear (the exact quote from my call this morning was "[***] [***]") - and then hang up. If you call back the number to return the compliment, it goes to voicemail with no information.

Got a call from this number this morning at 9:02.  They left no message when I called back, it went to voice mail stating (garbaled name of person) was not available.  I am on the do not call list.

Woman said she was from the chimney pipe cleaning company.
This s a scam outfit bothering people with Bull$hit calls saying they did previous work. (Not True)
I told the woman she can clean my pipe with her tongue - hence playing the skin flute.

Called under the number 203 807 5493, showed up as OUT OF AREA, then called again under the name EAST COAST CONT under the number 203 957 1299

Just got a call but without area code.  Since our caller ID is set to show area code plus the 7 digit number (we have to dial all 10 digits on all calls in this area), I knew it was a spoofed caller ID/scam call.  There is no 807 exchange in our area code in Eastern Mass, either.  No message was left, and I did not answer.  I Googled 807-5493 and it got me here.

Two calls tonight. First was reasonably polite, the second a few hours late was quite rude, shout-y and didn't let me get a word in sideways.

As he was hanging up he said I ll mark you as a redial.

These people are slick con artists- but you knew that. To get around the do not call list, they use Google Voice to call you so you don't know who they are. But they are actually a chimney Sweep from Milk Street in Boston. Make like you are interested, have them call you back and get their address. Once you have their name and address, file a complaint with the MA Ag's office. I did, and if enough of us do it, we can shut these scammers down for good. Complaining to the FTC is a waste of your time!

As usual, let it go to voicemail. Left no message although it took about 5 seconds before the hangup.

Some years ago I got into a shouting match with either this company or one like it, which claimed they had cleaned my chimney or serviced my furnace previously, when I knew perfectly well they had done no such thing.  ("Do you think I don't know who I hire and don't hire in my house??")  This was just a lie on their part, to claim a previous relationship and thus try to get around the Do Not Call List prohibitions against calling.

This was before the days of widespread Caller ID, which now allows avoidance of unknown calling names and numbers.  Makes life so much more pleasant.
