Received a call at dinner time from this number.  A foreign sounding young woman asked if I had heard of Owens Corning products.  As she proceeded I asked her to please remove me from her list.  She asked why I would want to do that since she wasn't selling anything.  I told her I was eating dinner and did not appreciate her call.  She kept talking and told me she'd call at a more convenient time...she wouldn't take no for an answer.  I was rather annoyed!

2 calls from this number today - left message on my voice mail - no one there just the sound of background noise.

Received a call from this number.  Asked to speak with my father by name regarding his unsecured debt.  I advised her to remove our name from her calling list, and she said she was calling from a Citibank and was not selling anything.  Asked her to confirm which bank she was calling from and she responded Bank of America in New Haven, CT.  Definitely sounds like some kind of scam to get naiive folks personal identity info.

Got a call from this number and was asked:  "Can I speak to the owner?"  I said "What?"  The girl repeated:  "Can I speak to the owner?, Is this Taxi Man?" (or something like that. . .I have no clue)and told the  female voice she had the wrong number.

These calls originate from Sterling Global (http://www.sterlingglobal.com/) in the Philippines.  They've been calling for years on behalf of multiple clients.  They ignore the National DNC list, they do not put you on their DNC list, and they will not send a written DNC policy (as required by law).  They spoof the CID they use, and they will become verbally abusive if you piss them off too much (including calling you back to harass you).

You can call Tina Russell (probably a pseudonym) at 714-442-3649 to complain.  She's in the Philippines; this is a VOIP number that rings at her desk.

I hate this f**king girl that calls me 3 or 4 times a week! she has the most annoying voice and can barely speak english correctly, And aside from all that annoying sh*t she never takes REMOVE ME FROM YOUR LIST seriously! she keeps calling!
