got a few unwanted calls from this person

Rings phone once and hangs up...what is up with that?

I keep getting calls from this number.  no message, no nothing just keep calling.

This number asked me for the last 4 of my social security and my present address, I'm reporting them to the attorney general in CT right now

Yes, I get phone calls from this number the past few days.  I called back, there is a recording "this is not a sales call, please hold on" - seems like some kind of scam

Recorded message asked if this was the phone number of my ex.  Recording gave several options such as press one (1) for recording to wait until you got pencil and paper, etc. through to number four (4) to tell them they have the wrong number.  Most likely a collections agency.

Total scam outfit. Report to your  attorney generals office every time they call

Calls at least 3 times a day, have gotten at least 50 calls in the last month. Fills up answering machine and leaves no message. Called back number, waited on hold 8+minutes, prerecorded message this is not a sales call. Finally somebody picks up and mumbles something unintelliigeable in a thick Indian accent. After repeated attempts to pronounce in English they say they are  from convergent outsourcing a debt collector.

Number keeps calling home number

My phone rings every day for the last two weeks
about 3pm. No one on the other end. Call back and some stupid recording mumbles something about wait for operator.... after 2 mins I hung up....  I ended up blocking number.

Asked for me by name.  I asked who this was. He gave the caller name in this post.  Also said call would be recorded for business purposes. Did not confirm my identity.  I said I didn't know him and hung up.

Total scam, no answer  and hung up called back and machine said it had important things to tell.

Several calls every day. Charles edward answered stating conservation outsourcing? Why you calling me? Oh what is your number then i can tell you why we calling! Haha i would not divulge my phone number

Several calls, no message. I called back, it said please hold and then someone picked up and said they were from Convergent Outsourcing and it was a collections matter on behalf of Toyota. I told the gentleman that I had never had any dealings with them, hung up, and blocked the number.

Keeps calling .hangs up never leaves a message.when is the phone company and the government going to crack down on these idiot scammers.very frustrated  consumer.

Calls daily using different numbers.it has been going on forever.why can't these idiots be stopped from annoying good people.I'm seriously thinking about getting rid of my phone.
