Received a call today from them.  They left no message.

Phone rang - I said "Hello" and then there was a beep and a computer voice said "Goodbye" and hung up - lmbo.

Recieved a call from this number today, they left a bizzare message which consisted of what sounded like a human imitation of an animal growl.  I thought it was a prank call from a friend, but apparently not.

Against my better judgement i answered the phone when I just got a call from this number.  Caller ID said Unknown.  Guy said he was from some energy co. (might have been Next Gen - i don't remember) & said it was his job to help me understand the new energy supply choice I have in CT & he could get me energy for 3 cents cheaper.  I told him I'd have to call him back & he gave me his name, number (same as on the caller ID) & extension.  Is it for real??

I have been getting the same number, they never leave a answering machine message.

So, if he gave you his name,pass it on.I also answed the phone and the man told me he would like to know who my energy supplyer was.I told him if he called here again I was going to report him to the police.I have the phone number.He is a level 3 communications and he is calling from Greenwich,Ct.County of Fairfield.You post all the numbers and times they call and they keep calling.Why is it no-one has reported this to the police?Also,if you call the phone company to report this they will tell you to not answer or get a new phone number.They send a bill out to this person but they can-not tell you where it gos or whos name is on the bill.

There is  free phone tracer but you can not find out who owns it unless you pay.This is called a contribution and this is as far as it will go.You would think someone would do something about all the reports about the calls.Who is reading this besides you and I ? Did you read at the bottom were someone asks you to," Please watch your language".I bet someone is reading this and if I make one bad move,they will enforce the law,but not the phone calls and the scams we report.Its not like we don't have the numbers or the citys and towns they come from.
There is  court or the FCC that will do something about it.Time for me to make that 1st move.

OK, that website sounds lovely, but why are they calling me, a homeowner in CT?  When I google NexGen Energy, I get links on 3 different companies.  NexGen Energy Partners LLC (the one in CO with the website that was posted), Nexgen Energy Systems Inc (WA), & NexGen Energy Solutions, LLC (MA), & it seems unlikely any of those businesses would have called me.  The number comes up on the caller ID every day...

OK the call may be legit.  CT currently deregulated electricity.  which means you get the bill from CL&P but the supplier can be different.  

I just got the call too - ignored it and no message left.

I would not answer any questions just say you are happy with your provider.  If you are interested ask them their company name & rates...

Personally I would not switch over the phone!

This number showed up a few days after a guy came to my house advising me that I have a right to choose my energy provider, which I already knew. Anyone else have this?

The person on the phone asked for "Crystal", and when I stated that he had the wrong number, he insisted he didn't.  
He said that "MY" electric company had asked him to call, and he was a "customer service representative", not a salesperson.  When I asked him why, if my electric service provider asked him to call, he didn't have the correct name of the person at this number, he continued to state that he was not a sales representative, and wanted to "give me information" about my electric service. When I said I was on the no-call list, and do not want to be solicited to over the phone, the caller continued to be rude and aggressively insistent that he was not violating the no-call list.  Soliciting me to change my electric service or give out personal information IS a violation.

I am on the Do Not Call list, but it sure seems like I'm getting more and more unwanted calls in the last two months.......

Caller was David (Last name?) from Nex Gen energy. He was aggressive and would not answer any of questions directly. When I asked for him to send me information through the mail he told me that was not necessary because this was voluntary and he would simply sign me up for free but I could end the program whan I wanted to. I asked about how many time they reset their price per year and he stated" I don't know probably 2-3 times". Again never a direct answer.

Be very weary of giving this indivdiual and his company information.

i answered unsolicited call received from 203 987 4304. Position Energy is what i recall his saying the company is, and when i asked his name, he identified himself as Ralph Beecham.  my number is on Do Not Call list.

I just got a call from this number but did not answer. When I called back the message said it was NextGen Energy. I, too, am on the No Call List but seem to be getting more and more unsolicited calls.

Its a most likely a scam....Use your own judgement, if its legit i dont like how they are run...lol

Got a unsolicited call from this number looking to conduct a "survey" about my participation in lower cost electric suppliers. I believe they are fishing for information to find out which discount electric energy suppliers customers are going to. I told them I was on the federal no-call list and they offered a bunch of BS about computer problems with scrubbing their list against the fed no-call list.
Bottom line: shady business

Another unwanted caller that calss repeatedly and leaves no message.

I received a call from this number and upon picking up the phone, I heard a click and then dial tone.  I proceeded to call back the number using *67 and got a voice mail for Next Generation Solutions.  Before the voice mail could even complete the message, I was disconnected.  

Definitely something not to pick up for phone for.
