    Call all the time and just hang up when someone answers. I've called back and it says the number is out of service. Annoyance!

    I purchased a Panasonic wireless phone with Call Block. When I receive a call like this I add it to the call block list. From then on, after one ring it is blocked. Works great,  reduces these calls to virtually zero (in our case). Only problem is can only store 30 calls.
    It really works. Good luck.

    Doesn't talk---after a few seconds they hang up.  I like to leave the phone off so hopefully it ties up their phone for awhile.
