Replied back to ask who this was, but got no answer. I'm in San Luis Obispo, California. No idea who this Kendra is, or where area code 757 is...

I got the same thing. Live in Southern Colorado. Phone number was 507-788-4135, and reverse lookup says it's a VoIP number from Odin, MN.

Got one from 409-213-4560.

I'm half tempted to set up a bogus account to track the user down.

Tried to call number back its a text message app

i got this same text it said hows it goin brandy! this is jen plzz add me on skype msgr sp we can chat a bit , its: frieda.olak ...it was sent from a colarodo number that could not recieve calls it was only for texts i called it back the number was7193594962...weird! how did they know my name who is this

I got a similar call from +1 (352) 642-8794.

I got the exact same message as Hfc but from another different #. Because of this thread, it's obvious it's a scam. They got my Name and # from somewhere most likely the same place as others in this thread. I almost never give out my wireless number, but I have been using to make a fair number of job applications. Has anyone done the same?

The phone number was 1-601-600-8264.  I called and the voice message said you have reach someones
Text plus texting number.  Then it said go to Textplus.com to get your free text number.

This is the same message I received today. From a # in NY.  It's probably a scam!!  I'll be sure to check my phone bills. Don't want any erronous charges showing up....

I agree but Who do you report it too?  The phone company?  Phone provider?

I got a text from 'frieda.olak' too. This person referenced my first name.  Called herself 'Jen' and made same request to "add me on Skype so we can talk a bit."

This girl or whatever will not leave mt fiancé alone!!  Crazy!
