This is a company called Penguin Heating and Cooling.  They're probably calling to offer you a check-up/cleaning service on your furnace and/or A/C.

Got a call from 204-777-2323 and no one spoke or answered.  I'm on the Federal Government  Do Not Call List, so I'll make a complaint with the government and hopefully, Penguin Heating and Cooling will get some heat by way of a huge fine applied to them. If everyone took the time to register a complaint then these creeps would be fined.

204-777-2323 called me.No one spoke or answered me when I said "Hello",so i hung up.These type of calls scare me because you'd never know who it is and what they what.

I emailed them to complain and to warn them that the CRTC does in fact fine individuals or businesses who do not respect the CRTC's registry. I have been registered on the list for many years now and every so often someone or some business makes this mistake and calls me. I'm offended since even though my number can eventually be dialed as they successively work down a call list used by telemarketers, perhaps they should actually make a little extra effort to verify that their own lists are usable. I warned this company I will give them the benefit of the doubt and hold off so that they may fix THEIR problem before they get fined as is the case when the CRTC deals with such matters. Penguin is a reputable firm to my knowledge, perhaps sometimes all it takes is a warning in writing to them and letting them deal with it before hitting them even harder. Respectfully, they're looking for customers but I have family that is in the same business and our business doesn't "cold call" customers to intrude on their lives...............P.S. did call them on a Saturday to actually tell them verbally but their voice mail was full, so much for "24-hour emergency service" IF I had ever needed some help or repairs from them LOL

check out their website and contact them to complain (or even call them to see what they say about calling you). I did so, emailed and gave them some advice. Soon enough ALL businesses will learn to respect the CRTC DO NOT CALL LIST since they've fined enough of them now after so many failed to honour that list.

Yep, year later and still calling people who are on the CRTC DNC list........... They might learn soon enough...........

I also had them call me last week. I actually spoke with the woman and she was very nice and knowledgeable. I was booked an energy advisor appointment and was shown how to save money on my utility bills. I was skeptical and on the do not call list, however I am glad they called and someone very nice I may add came over to give me advice and in the end ACTUALLY SAVED ME A LOT OF MONEY!! Good Service and worth all my time. Give them a chance and see for yourself. I am happy I did!!

Over the past several months we have received numerous phone calls from this phone number and no one is ever there! I am on maternity leave with an infant. I am sick of the useless phone calls. I called the number back just now and left them a heated voicemail. If they call again I will escalate.

Calls come, no message left, also I am on the do not call list ... thanks to those posting here I now know who called :-)

Good luck on getting the fed's "Do not call list" to do anything. It was set up to make jobs at our expense and to do nothing, like all the other fed depts.

They called me and didn't leave message. I'm sick of it too. I'm on the Fed Do Not Call LIst.

I called Penguin & they believe this is a good practice. They figure in years of doing this they've only "angered" (I'm watching my language)  a few people and aren't about to quit. They also claim to know all about spoofing, but spamming & DNC they don't quite understand. Now you know it's really Penguin, it's deliberate, and they don't care. "Jenny" should get off DNC so she can save even more money.

For whatever reason whoever has phone #204-777-2323 calls but does not give a name to state who the caller or business is.  As I do not know who is calling I DO NOT pick up the phone.  I wish whoever uses this phone number would JUST QUIT CALLING AS IT IS VERY ANNOYING.

They have called me consistently several times a month over the past year now! I have repeatedly told them I am NOT interested in their services and have asked them each and every time to remove me from their calling list. They are the reason that I registered for the Do Not Call Registry. Well, they just keep on calling...and I have now filed a complaint with the Registry. I HOPE their calling will finally stop!!!

Call continually. Sometimes they answer but usually not. Penguin plumbing and heating is culprit.I work midnights, constantly waking me up. Our only recourse is to boycott and put them out of business. Not just us, talk to your friends and get them to boycott as well.
