I have rec'vd a total of 17 calls friday..saturday..monday and tuesday sometimes it is a woman sometimes a man and sometimes like at 4 am they just breath..I was a collections manager for 7 years and I can assure you if I had caught anyone behaving like this they would be fired immediately   This is not allowed by Collections governing body across Canada..If they continue to call call the number back as they hv to be able to reach you let them know your address or an address and tell them you are not allowing them to call your home..place of work at all and they can only correspond through mail also let them know you are recording every call and not deleting the over 100 phones numbers they can use
you will hv their agencies licence as well as their personal collectors  licence  and they will not be able to collect again and will be fined..I found out through my sources this is CBV main office is Burnaby BC but they use almost 100 numbers from many provinces.   Good Luck
