no response when answered

Very annoying = multiple calls today - no one there.  No messages once I stopped answering.  Phone number listed as being in Winnepeg, Canada...

They've called three times today - the last two times within the same hour and don't leave a message on the answering machine.  Annoying and I know I've registered for the Do Not Call list...

Several calls, no message.  I just called the number back and there is a message, "you have reached Epsos (sp?) Market Research Firm..."  If you listen through the message, they do have an option of leaving your number to be removed from their list.  As a research firm, they are not required to abide by the DNC list, but to create an internal list...seems reasonable to me.

I get the same thing about twice a day.

The same thing happen here answer the phone and no one is there, and they just keep calling and not answering.They dont know how to leave a massage on the answer machine or how to speak when we answer. It is really getting very annoying, Its starting to make us mad since some of us have to work third!!!!!!

If people cant answer u back or leave a massage they shouldnt be calling people.SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO STOPPPPPPPPPP CALLINGGGGGGGGGGGGGG!!!!!!!!!!!!!

ANNOYING CALLS FROM 1-204-949-3108.  I had four missed calls from this number.  I answered just a few minutes ago and its a telemarketing company.  I just cut them off and told them not to call my house anymore.

if you have shaw cable as your phone supplier, simply use the "selective call blocking" service, turn your phone on, dial *60 wait for instructions, then enter 1 204 949 3108 then the pound sign (#) once finished. easily blocked.

i received from this # and he said that the purpose of his calling statistic and he ask me about my age exactley !! please stop using telephone to annoy another people

annoying phone calls daily with no message, so I *60 them :)

They have called about 4 times in the past hour.  Left no message.  Very annoying.

It keeps coming up "Manitoba" on caller id.  They call and don't leave messages.

asked if we spoke spanish.  don't know who they are and find it annoying since i don't ever call anyone in Manitoba.

I was out of town for a week and a half and saw that this number showed up on my caller ID on July 24, 2009 @ 5:18 PM PST, July 25, 2009 @ 11:21 AM PST, 1:05 PM PST, & 1:51 PM.  No msg was left.

Called number back and heard a pre-recorded msg.  It sounds like a marketing firm.  I think it said the name of the place was Epso.

Just called here.  Didn't answer.  Don't know anyone in the 204 area code.

I finally answered and they are a marketing research firm.  They asked me to view a 30 minute program and give them feedback on the television show.  Although they didn't come out and say it, the research was actually in regards to one of the commercials they played during the show.  I did it under the pretense that I would be influencing future programming for my children, but instead, they spent 15 minutes asking me about the Huggies commercial.  She typed in all my answers and when we got to feedback on the "program," I could tell she wasn't typing in my answers anymore.  Don't do it...complete waste of time!

received 2 calls from this number in a 2 hr. period. they don't leave a message. very annoying.
