    Has anyone exactly called Chase to ask about this?  I mean people who exactly have a Chase account.

    We called Chase they told us it was bogus and we could either 1) Forget about it or 2) Send the information, probably in a screen-shot to abuse@chase.com, seemingy so Chase can forget about it.  We haven't had an account with Chase for many years, so I'd like to know where the rip-offs got the info.
