I received a text message from this number saying: hi. I responded asking who it was. They said Heather Long. I asked if I knew them and they texted: Are you a guy? I asked why they wanted to know and how they got my number and they texted: Bye!

Very strange, don't think I know anyone in Alabama....

Yeah, I just got one too.  I was a bit curious because I'm from Alabama, but in Ohio, with an Ohio number.  Thought it might have been someone I forgot to add to the phonebook  hehehe   I got the same "Hey!" text, and responded with "Hey Yeah!"  but haven't received anything else so far.  But it's certainly spammers.

Same thing just happened to me. I recieved a text saying hi but I decided to look it up instead of a reply. Looks like a waste of time.

yea i got the same thing and they said they were "Stephanie Ownes", then they sent asking "are you a guy" said no, how annoying.

Don't worry, it was my dad, I missed curfew and he was calling around.

unwanted weird text messages from this number will not stop.

It was the same for me and they were trying to mess with me but i had a fun time messing with them... seems like a waste of time too but it was funny... my friends and i had a blast.

My husband received two text messages from this number 205 4426837 one on Sep 4th and another one on Sep 14th and one of them said Hi! and the other one said Hey! That is totally weird some of you know where can we report this number as a disturbing PofS. Thanks in advance.

Just got a text from this number too. Asked me if i was single and said no. they will not stop texting me!

got a txt that said "hi"..googled instead of responding. def did not respond.

same thing here but said their name was Stephanie.. now they are spamming me with text.  Also got a text from different # saying it was their friend..

I just got one too! They said: Hi. I asked who it was they said: Stephanie. I said Stephanie who. They asked me if I was a guy and what my name was. I replied why do you want to know? And they texted me about 25 times asking what my name was. I also don't know anyone in Alabama
