Dead air call.

Comes up as Paul C Carboni

Trying to offer line of credit to business owners.  Rude!!!!!

Came up as "L7 SCVC CALL" on caller ID, no one was there when I asked the call.

I heard nothing on the line - nothing to report.

Three calls after hours to my business, all hang ups - these hang up calls cost me $'s when come after hours, SCREAM!

Called our DNC registered landline on 11/13/2014 @ 07:52 PM from Birmingham, AL. Caller ID shows Carboni Paul C. We don't answer callers we don't know. No message was left.
I have Blacklisted this number. If this number calls again it will be registered to Caller ID history, but the phone will never ring.

Called no one there. I called back and the number is disconnected. They can f off!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Dead air... blocked it

just got a call. we didn't pick up and no voicemail. checked here, and will now block it.

L7-Scvc Call seems to refer to the carrier, not the caller. You see it when you get called by a customer of Layer 7 Hosted VOIP Services (based in San Diego) and they have not bothered to set their own Caller Id information. 86 differnt pages at 800notes.com refer to them.

They seem to be used by many spammers (or perhaps one robo-dialer with many different spoofed caller-id numbers)

See http://www.l7now.com/hosted-voip.html for details of the carrier. If we all complain to them maybe they will fix their system to make it harder for spammers to spoof caller id number.
