Non-compliance will result in forfeiture of dealing with this matter out of court and an or der for my appearance. Verify business and home address to follow proper protocol to serve me on my property. Did not say who they represent and what this matter refers to.

- Jeremy| 1 replyScammers trying to collect on fake or fraudulent pay day loans. My wife has been getting these calls for years. At first we would try to get addresses to send proof she never received the loan. Now we just ignore since they refuse to ever send any evidence of debt and will never actually send you a summons
- Caller: don't say
- Call type: Debt collector
- GeorgeI just a received a call from this number and figured it was scammers calling. Other sites report this number as belonging to Golden and Associates.

- pseudo politictianThese guys are violating several laws including impersonating an officer of the law. If you received a call from them contact the department of finacial institutions and attorney general for the state you live in. Nothing they are doing is legal and I would hate to see them get any of the money we have worked for. Pieces of crap if you put this much effort into a real job you would probably make more money than you do with this scam. And you are not getting any of my money. Do not give them a dime.REPORT THEM.

- IC replies to jeri| 1 replyI just got a call from these scammers. They have nothing better else to do but to harass hard working people. I wish I can do something to get them in trouble....
- Roni 38 replies to Daniel BorgI just received the same type of call. The autobot just stated this was the process and summons division. Everything was exactly the same as you stated. Do have any idea what company this is. She said this is the 3rd and final attempt. First she was calling to verify my home and work address so, they could serve me but how do you verify someone's address if you never speak to them.
- LynnHave been getting these calls, different numbers, for the past several years. Have reported them, but obviously nothing is being done to stop them.
- Allie| 2 repliesI actually called them back and asked them to send something in the mail but said they couldn't cause they are trying to settle a debt and I told them I never received anything in the mail. they said cause they sent the mail to my old address. Then they proceeded to say if I wanted to make payments with the original people I owe, i need to give my credit info or get a pre-paid card. I told them I wasn't comfortable with giving my credit info on the phone. She said that's why you can get a prepaid card. I told them I would call them back. My Husband said "SCAM" No company in the world would ask for a a pre-paid card and if it was legit they would send you proof of documentation. She even gave me her name and extension number
- Call type: Debt collector
- Anonym replies to Allie| 1 replyA legit company, one would think, would send proof to verify the debt. They wouldn't have a problem doing so in my opinion. Got a call from this same number, stating this is their 3rd and last attempt....That I have forfeited my rights.....and so forth. Basically same as everyone see. Listed a case # starting with MXF. At the end of message, the lady made sarcastic toned comment, 'Good luck in court!' I had a payday loan once but it was positively taken care of, so I know I don't owe any debt and have not committed any type of fraud. I'm going to call them back tomorrow, just to see what kind of spill they give.
- BigAFederal law (FDCPA) requires them to send you a letter within 5 days of their first contact that contains their name, physical address, the creditor’s name, and the amount of the alleged debt. It also must contains “mini-miranda” telling you that it is an attempt to collect a debt and that all information will be used for those purposes. The one other important thing that this letter must also have in it is that you have a right to dispute the debt within 30 days of the date of the letter and if you do so, all collection activity must be stopped until the debt is verified.
Read up on your rights here, get template letters to send and also make a complaint at this government site: http://www.consumerfinance.gov/
And yes, any legitimate company would follow the law, these people are simply criminals trying to extort money from you. - Angry as Hell| 1 replyThis is the 3rd different one I have gotten in the past month after not getting any for some time..This one called all my contact numbers. ID as Process and Summons Division but never gave a name. stated fraudalent activity towards my name and SSN. they would state my name but at no POINT do they verify who they are talking to.. any legit colection agency, lawyer, process server (who would not warn you) will verify who they are talking to before disclosing any information of a debt or you being sued or any assumption.
I would love to find out where this BOILER room is because for every one of us who know they are a fraud they sucker someone into paying them or getting their information so they can steal your identity. - OVERITINCALItotal scam - lol.
