The office of Mr. Jones will stop at nothing to harass co-workers, who have said time and time again do not call this # anymore, as it is a place of business.  To make this # and or persons involved with this debt collection stop calling your place of business, you really need to threaten with calling the States Attorney and the Public Service Board if one more call should come in to a place of business, and then list one by one the telephone #’s that should be removed asap.  It is unreal what they will try next, even though told no one can confirm, or deny the identity of a person over the phone; that it must be sent in writing if any further information is requested.

this people call my home at 3 am 4am...630pm when i answered the phone is a friken machine telling me to call this friken number....stop frickng calling my home phone and cell thanks.....some mad [***] beatch in az

They have now started calling a friend of mine whom I had listed as a reference. They are trying to collect a debt for an Pay Day Loan which are illegal in the State of NC.

Call your local police dept when they call  They harass neighbors, family, you, and work place. These people are scum they have many numbers they call from. They are based out of the U.S. Don't respond to them and DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY PERSONAL INFO.!!!!  What they are doing is very illegal.

This Mr. Jones was rude and obnoxious and refused to give me information where he was . Said I was part of a civil law suit . I tried to get him to verify the firm they are and he would refuse . Don't deal with this scum !

A Mr. Allen called from this number asking for my dog by name and said my wife listed him as a refernce and if he did not make her call him asap then he will have the police come to my house and arrest him. Good luck idiot.

Yes! This is a SCAM they just called my phone . Mr.Allen said he was gonna take me to jail if I didn't pay him 1000 by 5pm. This clown was rude and he had a horrible attitude very rude and very demanding. DO NOT BELIEVE none of this lies.

This is actually a debt collection agency that works in recovering fines for various law enforcement agencies.  If I am not mistaken they try to collect on things like a traffic ticket that someone hasn't paid.  They then get a percentage of what they collect.  

They are not the law, they can NOT, nor are they going to come and try to take you to jail.  They will try to scare you but it is BS.  If you think you may owe a ticket or a fine get in contact with the law enforcement entity that fined you and see what you need to do to take care of your past dues.  

Do NOT give these [***] a dime if they can't make money on it they can't stay in business and harrass people.  If you owe something its really not harrasement for someone to try to collect but using the practices these [***] do then they deserve to go out of business.

This company called Garrett Brewer & Associates (they will say Garrett & Associates which is a reputable firm) in Birmingham Alabama. They are a nast collection agency. An old aquaintance of mine got an online payday loan and never paid it back apparently. Well she is nowhere to be found but guess who has to deal with all the BS!! Now they are telling me I am respondent to this lawsuit and I will be liable for the fraudulent debt. I have called them SEVERAL times and have asked to have my number removed since they call sometimes 4-5 times a day. The last message they left me was that they were going to find me, and my friend, at our places of business, home or where ever they can find us. When I called them back and said that is harrassment and I have the call recorded, they hung up. I called them back until I finally got someone who seemed semi human and she confirmed that she deleted my number. We'll see!

These people called my place of employment bothering me and i in turn called them back and they are trying to tell me that they wanted me to pay $1,010.00 by the end of the day today and it had to be either with a debt card, credit card or a pre-paid Visa card. They told me that they sent numerous letters to my house which i never received regarding a loan from Payday One and they couldn't even tell me the original amount of the loan. Why do these people call us up an harass and threaten us with civil lawsuits and trying to collect our money.

They're calling me on my pre-paid StraightTalk phone, so clearly they are just churning through numbers to dial.
I saw the number, googled the area code, realized I don't know anyone from Alabama, then searched the whole number and found this site.

I've gotten calls on my cell phone and work phone numbers leaving a message that they are from Garrett & Associates and that either my attorney or I need to contact them asap.  Supposedly I have a claim against me.  They have called almost daily and I have yet to pick up the phone or call them back.  I get so many scammers anymore so I ignore most.

They called my family looking for me saying I need to get in touch with your daughter she needs to calls as soon as possible she or her lawyer need to call us we r going to Sue.quit harassing me and my family do u not have anything better to do...
