Called cell on 3/27/09 @ 7:47pm, did not recognize phone number. Did not leave message.

it is NCO capitol one

I don't want to waste my time and minutes and battery on a number I don't know who it is and they never leave a message

This is NCO Financial Services 205-561-2457 on caller id .. they called my house in VA looking for my father who lives in MD. We have same first initial and last name. They leave 866-251-0699 as return call number which comes up to be Capital One. NCO is the collection agency for Cap One credit cards.

Called a ton of times over the past week.

No one in my house has anything to do with ChittyBank, so why they're calling me is beyond me.  No one ever on the other end of the phone, just air.  Call at all hours.

called three times today.  Have NO idea who they are, never leave a message, and I don't owe anyone anything.  Annoying calls should be illegal too, am already on the do not call service.

I'd like to know how to block these numbers from my phone.    They call several times a day.   We owe no credit cards anything, so what are they wanting?
