Called my cellphone.  Phone shoowed "Alabama".  They hung up before I answered.   I live in NJ.  I don't know anyone from Alabama.

Got a call on my cell.  I don't answer calls from unknown numbers.  Internet says these are scammers.

Same as a bunch of these other folks in the last week.  Two rings and they hang up.  I never call these things back.  I have no debt, either, so shouldn't be that.

As others have mentioned, they called and hung up as I answered. Caller ID shows the number as being from Tuscaloosa, AL. I'm going to use the "Block Number" feature now on my phone now.

Al State Troopers Association is a scam. Don't give. I've blocked this number but if they call from another number I'm just going to tie up the phone line until they get the hint.
