This man contacted through a date site and asked if I wanted to do a Fear Factor type show with him, Supposedly nothing will be recorded no video. And offered to pay a obscene amount of money. I was asked to meet in Tuscaloosa Alabama , get a room and would be reimbursed for all costs.After perfoming some questionable acts. I was told that Jerry Springer and Howard Stern were sponsoring this.

Yeah the same thing happened to me. This cannot be legit is it?

Yes this happened to me and I fell for it I live in north Carolina and I went to Alabama got the room and performed wat was ask I haven't heard anything from anyone if this is a scam please help me find out what I need to do????

Yeah they were in the process of getting me to fall for this but I'm glad i Google searched it before i followed through with anything dudes a sick [***] and whoever is helping him is just as sick i think these people need help and need to go to jail. The things they are asking  people to do are obscene  and I'm  sure some  is illegal

Yes he contacted me today and it is been going on for hours and I knew from the get go it was a scam and I'm not falling for it. Johnny martin gives out to much of his personal info to make you feel comfortable lol,but i dont give out crap. I hate ppl fell for this bs met in a motel room what did you have to do and why?? Is he a pervert. Gave me a sad sob story bout his dad

What did he have you do. Did you contact athorities?

As much crap that goes on in today's world why would you drive to another state to meet some stranger at a hotel and do some "questionable" things? Show me something in writing, whether it be a contract or whatever, then I want some reference names, check BBB, so on. I know we aren't supposed to judge but come on now... Really? I'm not sure who is at blame. He can only gain success if he is given the power. IJS

If you answer the call from phone number 205-561-2454 an automated recording begins with an 'alarming' message quoting the FBI's Statistics with Percentages of Crime in your area. Then it 'calmly' offers you 'security' to let them place a sign in your yard for safety in your neighborhood. The recipient is then prompted to "press 1' on the keypad for more information. If you do press '1' the call transfers to a live Representative. If you do not take the call then, but - instead - place a 'call-back' to the number 205-561-2454 you will get a recorded message prompting you to "press any number on your keypad if you do not want to receive these calls". FYI: You will not reach a live Representative so that you could tell them not to call you. And PLEASE BEWARE: DON'T "press ANY number on your phone dial pad" -- as an FCC Rep told me -- it will only add your phone number to call lists being sold to more scammers & telemarketers and you will get more unknown & unwanted callers! WindStream, who owns this phone number, told me the only way to stop calls from 205-561-2454 is to contact WindStream (at 1-877-340-2600, ext. 7733) and request that they notify 'their customer' with your Do Not Call phone number. You should also file a complaint with the FCC, the FTC, and, the State of Alabama's Attorney General's Office; you can find the phone numbers and web-sites to all of these via the Internet.

He claimed to have a six page contract but I told him before I sign anything my attorney would have to look over everything and he got really defensive also I expressed to him after his friend request was accepted it was a short time later I started getting private phone calls from fear factor reality show first of all is not going to call you out of the blue and then give your number to someone else to contact you because they want y'all to go on the show I'm not an idiot but he felt the need to keep on trying to reel me in I don't understand it I don't see who can fall for it, it doesn't make sense to me I guess I'm not that naive. yeah yeah not to mention you have to pay for your travels pay for a motelroom and then you will be reimbursed I don't think so that trick is old as hell back in Mayberry time game shows will provide your transportation will provide your stay I don't know what he's trying to pull he didn't even get that far with me he keeps trying to get me to answer the phone from fear factor I don't answer private numbers

He tried talking me into this last night!! He has someone calling me telling me about this same thing EXCEPT I'd get a new car new house AND millions. I went to high school wit this guy and hr looked me up on fb. I never dreamed he'd do something so CRAZY!!! I got sad story too and even questioned him but this JUST happened last night!!! BE WARNED!!!!!!!!!JOHNNY IS HIS NAME AND HE LIVES IN ALABAMA!!

johnny has done nothing wrong he's been contacted by these people to find people to do a show with him but he was not approached by this person the person they approached johnny was a friend of his from high school she asked him to do the show with him he is a victim to this

this is a bunch of lies DDF contacted me she asked me to do the show with her the guy from fear factor has contacted her she asked me what I do it with her I recorded the conversation and I have that conversation recorded plus I have two text messages from her asking me to do the show

I know johnny real well he did not contact you DDF you contacted him I was there with him when you contacted him and was telling him about the show you ask him to do the show with you nice try you're just pissed because he won't f youhe did tell me he likes you in high school but I'm going to say something johnny did nothing wrong he was scammed y'all need to get it right
