800notes.com Posting

Call was not answered as I do not answer calls from unknown numbers (and I don't give telemarketers the "courtesy" of telling them not to call me, I signed up on a list for that). Caller did not leave a voice mail. Company has called at various dates/times from different numbers/locations making it (almost) impossible to block.  I have reported every call to the FTC (and continue to until I have all their numbers blocked).   I also suspect they've begun withholding their caller display, an action that is illegal in the USA since 2007.

If information on 800notes is correct, every call is (allegedly) from a company named Feature Films for Families, a company I've never done business with.  If you search (almost) every number in the list on 800notes you will also see a "plant" post from the company at the top on 20 July 2009.

Called and asked to speak to my mother who passed away in a car accident 5 months ago.

They're Mormons.  Trying to sell "family" films, very persistent, keep calling even after you say no.  Then nothing for a few months then it starts all over again.

They are not going to stop calling so keep telling them to stop.  It's like telling Mormon women to stop having children.

Probably not going to happen.

They called at 2011 hrs PST, I didn't answer as I don't answer from unknown callers, they left no message...I think this is same company that called from 312-878-5555 previously, and I did not answer then either.....

I got one today.  I don't answer calls on my cell phone that I do not recognize. The phone number was in fact 205-776-6046.  After reading the previous posts, I tried to call back and confirm and behold, the number rings twice and disconnects.  No answer.  I received calls on my home number a few months ago from a company selling "family friendly features" but haven't heard from them since, until now I guess.

They called from this number, as well as the 312 number, not leaving a message.  When I called them back, they said they were looking for someone named "JoAnne".  There's never been anyone here by that name, and I told them that, and also to stop calling.  Hopefully they will listen.
