    We received a call from an agent claiming to be from Microsoft.
    Apparently a virus was reported and they wanted to help and insisted that we get to our PC and follow their instructions.  I informed them I was not at home and what number could I call them back at.  After 5 minutes and 3 people, this is the number they gave me.  The home number was called and my wife was asked for by name.  The same call was made to friends on their home and cell numbers claiming the same thing.  They have not called back , nor have we attempted to call them back.
