Bad Guys.  Called 3 times in one day.  Officer Don Douglas from the Internal Revenue Service.  Claims I may go to jail for tax fraud or tax evasion.  Was kind enough to leave me a call back number of 206-204-4838.  I must have done something very bad.  I better call the Bad Guys back - NOT!

IRS calling me- (umm, i think not) twice in one hour.  Looks like I am going to jail if I don't call Officer Don Douglas from the IRS.  Yeah this was convincing...go get a real honest job.  Jerks.  Call from a 206-204-4838 number

Really weird.  Officer Don Douglass from IRS is coming to arrest me if I don't call pager number back.  Pager same as phone number, wtf, called it back, Guy answered, NO Don Douglass there, same voice, suddenly he didn't seem to be able to speak English,

Officer Don Douglas is coming for me!!!!  I hope I'm able to sleep at night.

How do you stop these.

Just got the call, called him back.  He said "hello" and I said "just got an important message from you, so I wanted to call back and tell you to go [***] yourself".  His response, in very broken English was something to the effect of "listen you stupid [***], I will come and arrest you".  I had a really good laugh as a result of my conversation with good old Don.  I told him that the IRS seems very professional these days.

Officer Don Douglas with a very thick Indian accent is going to arrest me if I don't call his pager back. Since when has the IRS started outsourcing their calls? Lol! Pure comedy. I called back and asked to speak to OfficerDon Douglas. He said, "Don Douglas is busy but you can tell me". Lol! It was the same exact voice. I'm at work so I couldn't mess with him. I'll probably call back later though. On a serious note though people, I've heard of someone falling for this scam recently and gave their credit card info over the phone because she was scared. Remember, the IRS will never call you. Everything is by mail only. Be safe.

Yeah, this jerk keeps calling me every day, saying he is Officer Don Douglas from the Internal Revenue Service, and that I am going to be arrested for tax evasion if I do not call this number. Jeez! How do you make this idiot stop? At what point does this become harassment?

Foul him up by not answering unknown numbers in any way to hear nothing from them but a ringing phone. They call who answers.

Call blocker might be of some help.  Also don't pick up on numbers you do not recognize, or where there are caller IDs that seem odd.  Or where there is no caller ID.  There’s  no way to stop the calls from being initiated.  Calls originate in India and Pakistan.

They can't be stopped.  Invest in a call blocker.

Same as above, claims from IRS... Ironically, I'm a CPA.  I've reported this scam to the IRS, who, as I'm certain you've already figured out, has never heard of this person.  They're not happy, and say they will follow up on it, but it IS indeed a scam.  Do not answer OR give any info to this person.

The police told me they have to call you five times/day for 10 days to be harassment. Ugh!!!

And that's not harassment. That is insanity!

I received a call from this number again this year, always around income tax time, same officer. When I called back to inform him that the irs doesn't call people....he called me a stupid [***] and hung up on me!

I received a voicemail message from Officer Don Douglas with the IRS. SCAM SCAM SCAM!! The IRS doesn't make threatening phone calls.

I got same thing don't understand I pay my taxes

Well, I didn't call him back and I'm still sitting here waiting to be arrested.  Hmmmm......  wonder if this could be a scam.   LOL
