I got a call from this number today and yesterday, and I answered and listened for  good five minutes. They are pretending to me an insurance company, like United Healthcare, if you have gotten any medical surgery, or an IUD implanted, they will say you qualify for a medical compensation. They tell you that the actual insurance company will call you and ask you a bunch of questions, they proceed to tell you all the questions that will be asked, and they give you all the answers your suppose to say to the person who will be initiating some form of interview. Then at the end of the questions and answer they inform you that you are not suppose to say you got help, that no one contacted you, or you might lose your "medical compensation" ... By the time they are informing you to lie about whatever surgery you had in the last, they proceed to ask for you to verify your information, "address, phone number, and date of birth"... The entire phone call is bull [***] but i wanted to listen and write everything down so that I can report it, later, so when they asked me to verify I hung up, they proceeded to call me 20 times in a row from an unknown or blocked number! Its a scam, and I would advise everyone to take caution and don't verify any info to them, they are all a bunch of identity stealers with really thick Indian Accents.

Called and said they are from "windows" and I cut them off and said no you are not and hung up. My parents were scammed earlier this year by a similar call when they asked for access to their computer to help them with a windows problem.

Caller ID said NGP TELECOM. I reluctantly answered and a male (with non-English accent) asked to speak to my husband. I said he wasn't here and asked the caller if he wanted to leave a message. Caller said, "No, I will call him back later." At least he was polite but I will definitely let the answering machine answer their future calls from now on.

Called wed 9-30 at 3:06 pm. Wish I knew if Nomo blocked it or not. Will report there.

VM from Caller ID UNKNOWN NAME: Caller from a boiler room repeated "hello" about five times before hanging up.

Wanted to talk about my computer .  Says every time I go on line something something. Accent thick.
I told him I work for apple which I do and hung up.

received call at 11pm from a woman with a thick accent.  She stated she was calling to fix the errors i was receiving on my computer.  I indicated i wasnt having any issues with my computer, she went on to say she has a report....the call was a scam and i hung up

Just got a call from this number.. thick Indian accent said he was calling from Dell and that my computer is being "attacked by virus".  I got his name - Paul - and a call back number of 888-688-2154... I reported to Dell, but just wondering if anyone else got this call?

we got a call last night at around 2:00 am from a guy with an Indian accent as well, ( my mother answered the call) and she said  that he said that it was an emergency because he wanted to notify us that our computer has been hacked into and the perpetrators were downloading information at that very minute.....blah blah blah. My poor 78 yr. old mother got out of bed and came to me where I was asleep on the couch handing me the phone saying " someone is hacking your computer!"...confused for a moment...then realizing  what it was I promptly took the phone from her and very clearly and very loudly told them to "FU#K OFF ASS#OLES!!".......man I couldn't believe that they would call at 2am saying it's an emergency!!! when you get a phone call at that time of night it's NEVER good news....my mom almost had a heart attack herself thinking she was getting news of a sudden death of a relative....uggghhh! ....the caller id said it was from this # 206-209-2317

Got a call from this number 2 nights ago saying my computer been hacked and it very important  I reported this  and it was a scam I knew it was a scam. I hope people report these type off calls and warn others so they do not get scammed by these people in diffent countries.

i asked him his name and all he would say was it is me and he said he was destiny sex guy and when i said what did u say i told him she was 15 he hung up the phone  i could here alot of guys talking

Just got a call from a guy with an accent. He was talking about an error message on my windows computer. I hung up and tried to call back. Number wasn't working.

Another unsolicited call.

Called at 6:20am very thick India accent said he was calling about my computer when I don't even have a computer at my house ! Told him I couldn't understand him and don't call my house back! Also told him I have no computer and he wanted to argue with me! So sick of this crap!

They tried to get personal information from my wife; fortunately, I was with her at that moment.... and also, that guy has Indian accent as well. This is Bull "..."

On my landline, received call from NGP TELECOM 206-209-2317, 11/18/15. Wanted access to my computer because of dangerous computing errors. Pakistani, Indian, or whatever foreign accent. Advised them that I am Tech, they are an illegal entity, and I am tracing their state-side and foreign connections and notyifying and asking the group Anonymous to disable their entire system, along with notifying my State Atty Genl and the FTC (a/k/a "F" The Consumer). Their silence was deafening before they hung up.  I can't put into words (the real words I want to use) on this site, what my opinions are of the FTC and the useless persons in US Congress.

ADDITIONALLY, MORE CELL PHONE ABUSE COMING: I was alerted via CU that It is currently illegal for debt collectors to robocall your cell phones without permission. A sneak provision in the federal budget rushed through Congress on November 6, 2015 (and no amendments allowed) would change that. And we know what that means beyond debt collector calls; robo callers and scammers will circumvent law and call cell phones beyond what we receive now.

Section 301 of the budget authorizes debt collectors to robocall anyone with educational loans or other federal debt including back taxes. It lets the debt collectors call their relatives, their references and even any unrelated person who happens to have the reassigned cell phone number of any of the above.

Debt collectors have already been robocalling cell phones illegally, and not necessarily the right cell phones.

Please sign the petitions and contact your Senators and representatives.  I haven't let up on mine.  Also a word with your local State Reps and Governor would help, as many State laws and business regulations allow, that is do not curtail, these calls.

I get multiple calls per day from this company. I have asked to be taken off their call list but then they just hang up.
