Calls all the time.  Never leaves a message.

Calls my cell which is a DoNotCall number!

Called so many times without leaving any messages... Some sites said this number was a survey call..

this # called and left no message. I am on the DO NOT CALL LIST.Called last evening--12/17/12.

Caller is from ICF which is a company contracted by the state of Washington Department of Health. Obviously they have been hired to gather information but for what purpose I do not know. Since they work for the state they apparently are excluded from the Do Not Call Registry but I'm not sure if that is really true.

We will never answer any survey questions for them.  Rude deserves rude...They are very annoying.    It's none of the governments business as far as our health care goes....

14 calls in 5 days. No message for 13 calls, 1 message not stating the caller name but that Dept. of Health has survey questions requiring answers from me. I would need more details to determine the validity of the call and the importance of my participation.

Calls at dinner time. This is rude and should be stopped. Thinking that I will dial and dial this number back and hang up.

IFC- doing a survey for health for Washington state. Told the guy wasn't interested and said it was from the state! Asked if it was mandatory and he said no but still wouldn't take no! Told him I don't do surveys and once again wouldn't take no for the answer. Told him again firmly I wasn't answering sh$t and hung up. Added to my blocked list.

The calls come from ICF at all hours every day, includig Sunday. They never leave a message.

they have been calling my cell constantly!  after requesting my number removed and hanging up, still calling.  so i answered and said nothing, until he hung up.  then immediately i get a txt from a random # that simply said "hi".  i know it was the caller!!!  almost like a stalker!

"Work(ing) for the state" does not create a DNCR exemption. The fact that the calls have no sales purpose does. Here is the FTC FAQ page which the DNC site repeatedly invited you all to read before you registered your numbers.

Has called a couple of times on my cell phone. I don't answer if I don't know who is calling.  On my iPhone, the number can be blocked so that they can't call again.

they try calling several times a day including sundays, if they are anythingt to do with any state government then that can t be true because they call 7 days a week!  this company is extremely annoying and they are harassing by relentlessly calling trying to make you answer against your will, via sheer annoyance.

The lady who called me said it was a survey for Center For Infectious Diseases and wanted to do a brief survey.
However all the questions had nothing to do with Infectious Diseases, is this a cell phone number, do you have a landline phone separately, do you live in the state of Washington, are you 18 years and older, and so on.
 
I asked her what were these questions for.  She said she had no idea but this was a important survey and I was chosen to be a part of.  I told her that it was extremely fishy and I had to hang up.

It is irritating to see so many posts with the statement "I AM ON THE DO NOT CALL REGISTRY!!". Please understand people; The DNC list was a good idea, but is a joke as far as halting all unwanted calls. The only thing it does, is keep legitimate businesses in the U.S. from calling you for solicitations. It has no power to stop, or even deter, the low life scum that spoof numbers.

Calls everyday and told them many times to quit calling but they still do...I am tired of it they call 3 times a day 7 days a week "I am sick of it!" they need to be stopped!
