Called the number back. Voice machine says it's a Skype number and before I can call I would have to complete a 2 step authentication process. Probably a scam. Definitely a waste of time.

I called it back & got a recording saying it was skype and i needed to do a two step authentication with my number and a 4 didget pin code. Its gotta be some sorta scam.

They won't stop calling I don't answer then block them so not long they use a new number no information because I don't know anyone from  Des Moines, WA and they never leave me a message. I will just keep blocking and maybe they will run out of numbers

The caller is probally from India or China or some Middle East Country.  They are trying to make you think they are calling from Washington DC.They are scamming to get your personal information. They most likely hacked into the phone company to get some personal info like your name. Our government was hacked remember.

a middle eastern sounding man called me asking for my girlfriend saying he was from the federal something i could not understand him. When i asked him to hang on so i could research who it was he hung up and never called back. i called the number back and got the skype message with the two step verification. I recommend not putting any number its a scam. The number that called me was 206-249-7334 from Washington

Middle Eastern sounding man called and asked for me and then creepily asked if I would give him a kiss. I heard other people on the phone in the background.  No idea how this man got my number. Hopefully that's all the info he has.

The same exact thing just happened to me Kate! I'm scared to death!!!! He knew my name! Called the police. He told me if I reported him that he would rape me. Idk whether to be scared to death or not?!

Don't answer lol, they gave me a confirmation code. I talked to something eles, they said go to money gram, but don't tell them I'm getting the money from them. I said, this is a scam right? The man answered, yes, this is a scam and hung up lol, weird Indian sounding people.
