Same here got a call no message

Phone call fr this # but no msg...???

They just called me! Asked for someone else. I said you've called the wrong person.
She (a black woman) screamed: "No, you're the wrong person!", the hung up.
I tried to return call, but was told that the number is out of service...

someone called me and asking my name , and  when  i   answered it she told me that  you 're one of  the people that been selected to receive a grant from the government  and when ask her what branch of government who's giving away those grant  and then she hang up and when  i call her back  her phone is become  busy  and that's  about to end her call

This number has called several times, only over the last 2 days. I'm nowhere near Washington and don't know anyone there, so I didn't answer. They didn't leave a voicemail. Finally I answered, and there's a little bit of humming in the background and I repeated hello several times. Finally I hear "oh no", almost sheepish and embarrassed like and then they hung up. I tried to call back, since even if they did butt dial me, they obviously used my phone number several times, but when I called it said this number is not in service....

I should specify, the humming I heard was singing, not something pervy

I also keep receiving calls from this number. Start last night around 11:30..haven't answered any yet. But tried calling it back and it said the number was out of service.

they did that to me too! i told them to go back to syria and they keep calling and dont say anything! they are calling about every half hour!

if it was really the government they wouldnt call! they would send a letter.

got missed call. tried to call back and line disconnected.  Have had numerous missed calls from this number in past several weeks.  What a pain......

they keep calling me as well so i played along till i got a new number from them to call or what ever. so im going to start calling them every day and blowing there phone up.  the number is 206-257-3599 time for some pay back lol

Never leaves a message and randomly calls during the week. I finally answered twice. First time was the phone humming (like static), so I hung up. The second time, there was a woman who said, "Window" instead of "Hello".
