got a call today said washington I blacklisted them

unsolicited call on my cell

Received this call on my cellphone. Didn't leave a message. Other sites reporting this number as telemarketer offering deal on cruise tickets. They use same area code (Washington state), but keep changing numbers so you can't block.

Just called my phone, left no message. Tried calling back and got busy signal.

Yeah I got the same call from somebody named craig mariskanish offering a "free" cruise. Thats crazy that all these complaints are under 1 hour..

called my cel and I sent it to voicemail - caller didn't leave a message

Just got this call. Anyone have two 1's in the beginning of their number as opposed to just 1? Weird
