Do not respond to unwanted texts or emails from questionable sources. Several mobile service providers will allow you to report unwanted spam texts by simply texting/forwarding it to 7726 (or “SPAM”) to enable the providers to prevent future unwanted texts from the specific sender.

However, in many cases, the text origin, as seen on your phone, is faked.  The internet domain does not exist, or the phone number may have been spoofed.

Got a text from this number.  It is crap and when you try to call the number, it is invalid.

What kind of texts are they sending?  I see this number on my bill but don't recall what was sent.

I just received a text asking what O was up to. It supposedly was from my Facebook page but it doesn't show on that page. I called the number and it's out of service.

Recieving messages and calls say its my phone carrier service center. Tried calli g back out of order

Relentless unsolicited advertisement text messages.... never plan on opening any of the links. I suggest to all other recipients not to  even think of opening any of these, just compile them, mass blacklist/block, and then thrash them all once a week...like I do.

All my SMS messages are being forwarded to this number. I don't know to stop it.

Perhaps inputting a few keywords in a web search should be useful to you. Try "SMS messages are being forwarded" and just read some of the solutions offered, like un-syncing with a contact, disabling a 3rd party app and so on.  There are many different phones these days and not all are exactly the same in performing the same functions.
