    they just did the same to me!!!! I looked them up in google and it shows them as an identify thief. Do not give them any of your information!!!

      I just received a call like that today, and they didn't leave a message.  I called the number and it was a recording that stated to contact my electric company (comEd).  So I believe it is a messaging service. I am not concerned about ID theft only because I have contacted my electric company at the telephone number listed on my bill and they did in fact try and reach me.

      This number has been calling me every Tuesday for over a year.  They say they are ComEd (our electric company) and urgently need to speak with my ex-roommate about his account.  Most defintely an attempt to collect info for fraud.  Pay no mind to these jerkoffs and don't give them any info!!!!!!

      Got a call from 206-315-3110, called back, it was ComEd needing to 'talk to me urgently,' directing me to call the other number 800-334-7661 (which turned out to be legit) etc etc... turns out they wanted me to pay my past due eletric bill!  Lol how annoying right?  So, I don't think this number is related to identity theft.  

      ... or maybe I'm a malicious/sentinent computer program created to mislead and lull people into a false sense of security? ...

      Haha or not.  glad that there's sites like this out here though, very helpful.

    I received a call from 1-206-315-3110 on my answering machine and I heard a ringtone from a cell phone but the caller did not idenify themselves or leave a message.  Chicago North West Suburbs  07-25-2007 08:03 A.M. Washington call.

      I received a call from 206-315-3110 PAR3, I have my # blocked from telemarketers, I do not know of and have been to Seattle.  8:04 a.m., 8/2/07.

    Received 3 calls from 206-315-3110 over the weekend on business voice system located in south western suburb of Chicago.  Did not leave a message on any of the calls.

    This number is CommonWealth Edisons (elec company) contact and collection service out of Washington. No reason to worry just pay your electric bill.

    Funny that people are telling others that they need to pay their electric bill...hmm I am in Atlanta, GA and I have started getting calls with no messages being left and guess what?  Can't tell me to pay my bill, it is automatically deducted from my account!  So now what?  Oh yeah, I am a Verizon customer as well.  Have been for some time and don't recall ever seeing that number.

    1-206-315-3110.. PAR3.  Numerous calls, no messages in the western burbs of Chicago.  Nothing outstanding.  Very annoying!

    I received 2 calls with no messages and then finally a third call with a message stating they were from ComEd and the call was urgent, they gave me a call back ID number.  After reading these messages I am not going to call back.  My account is up to date and paid in full.  They have my e-mail address if they need to get a hold me.

    Have been receiving calls today from this number.  I don't have any kind of account with a number out of Washington!  Never even been there. They don't leave any voicemail messages either.

    This number is ComEd with a Washington phone number.  If you answer the call it sends a message for another phone number.  In my case it past due balance for a business I work for. I got my personal number off of there and gave business number.

    I receive a call every month or so.  No message if I don't answer.  When I do answer it is a recorded voice asking me a series of questions about a utility bill in Utica NY.  I have been indicating they have the wrong party, city and state for over a year.  They keep calling back.  They do not appear to be extracting info for id theft.  It seems like a wayward digital collection program for ComEd.

    I spoke with Co-Ed this morning. This is fraud. If you receive a call, report it to the police immediatly.
