to all you people out there don't panic this is a big scam I got the same phone call yesterday from Washington DC number and I just got the phone call today from Washington State do not panic this is a big scam do not respond back to these idiots

Gorman! But why FBI does not stop these people who continuously harass the public? It is not the first time they call and it is a robot talking to you even without asking if you are the right person that IRS has an issue with!

Got an auto message stating “FINAL NOTICE.  THE IRS is suing me and call back the number that the auto dial message came from.  When I did , I got message stating my cell phone carrier would not place the call thru.

As someone who goes above & beyond to NOT EVER MAKE MISTAKES ON MY TAXES (+ enjoy the perks of my tax refund  ), This call SCARED THE BE- JESUS OUT OF ME!!! Then something told me 2 enter this # n2 the search engine of this website just as I do the rest of the SCUM BAGS who either c fit 2 call me @ work on my cell phone.  I felt such relief when I realized it was just another hustle I dodged!  MANNNNN, SOME PEOPLE!!! 

Answered the phone and an automated message immediately claimed that it was the IRS and that I needed to contact them before a law suit was filed against me. Claimed it was my final warning.

The IRS scammer contacted us several minutes ago saying that were being sued and that we recon tact the person for legal actions.  The IRS has nothing to do with it and I doubt the FBI is really involved or has any idea of it.
But it surely is a bs scam!!!

Well taken care of, and blocked.  Now it's time to notify the public!!

Scrambled message saying I needto    ___  Case 987487 call immediately

Received two voice messages from these scumbags.  Both claimed that I'm having a lawsuit filed against me.  Suspected it's a scam because the robocaller identified himself as the "Internal Revenue Services".

IRS Scam:

The IRS does not need to sue anyone.  They send you first class letters delivered by the Post Office.  Several of them.  Ignore those, and they then send certified letters that you need to sign for.  Again delivered by the Post Office.  Ignore those and they simply freeze your bank accounts and anything else you own.  If they can do that, then why would they bother with a court case that might take them years before they get in front of a judge?  They also do not bother arresting people for a few thousand dollars for the same reasons I have already given.
