As someone who goes above & beyond to NOT EVER MAKE MISTAKES ON MY TAXES (+ enjoy the perks of my tax refund ), This call SCARED THE BE- JESUS OUT OF ME!!! Then something told me 2 enter this # n2 the search engine of this website just as I do the rest of the SCUM BAGS who either c fit 2 call me @ work on my cell phone. I felt such relief when I realized it was just another hustle I dodged! MANNNNN, SOME PEOPLE!!! - Caller: Claimed to be IRS suing me!

- Jay| 1 replyReceived two voice messages from these scumbags. Both claimed that I'm having a lawsuit filed against me. Suspected it's a scam because the robocaller identified himself as the "Internal Revenue Services".

The IRS does not need to sue anyone. They send you first class letters delivered by the Post Office. Several of them. Ignore those, and they then send certified letters that you need to sign for. Again delivered by the Post Office. Ignore those and they simply freeze your bank accounts and anything else you own. If they can do that, then why would they bother with a court case that might take them years before they get in front of a judge? They also do not bother arresting people for a few thousand dollars for the same reasons I have already given.
