Fake IRS robot voice saying A lawsuit was being filed.

IRS telling me they're filing a lawsuit against me for back taxes.  Yeah, right.....

Caller said they were from the IRS filing suit.  I have always heard that the IRS will not contact you via phone or email.

Called twice in the last hour saying tht the IRS is filing a lawsuit against me

Received a call and was left a voice message (female voice, recording?) advising that this is last notice from IRS. And to resolve the issue to call 206-319-2938.

Supposedly IRS has an issue with us.  I did not call back thinking this is probably a scam.

This is a scam. The IRS NEVER calls you. They send multiple letters.

Received the call this morning with female pre-recorded voice telling me that the IRS was filing a lawsuit against me.  Didn't say what for.  I pay my taxes.  I called the number back.  A guy was trying to "verify" my information.  I told him he should have my information, and hung up.  I then e-mailed the IRS help desk to report the activity.

I received a call just now from a 206 number saying IRS is filing a law suit against me. Auto call said to call 206-319-2938 asap. I know this is a scam.

A automated robot sounding lady called saying they were the IRS and that they were going to take me to court etc .. TOTAL SCAM everyone ignore the call !!!
