100% bogus call purporting to be from the IRS, telling me that they "have filed lawsuit against me".  Great grammar there- and of course the main IRS number is an unidentified number from Bainbridge Island, WA.

Left Msg in a american woman's stern sounding voice saying IRS is going to file a lawsuit and for more info on the case file I should the deptt number 206-319-6368 - Hilarious Total Scam - Poor souls  don't know that IRS will never ever and cannot ever threaten a lawsuit over a phone msg ... poor soul scammers don't  know who they are impersonating.

yup same thing. said they were filing a lawsuit and read a script and every time I asked a question it threw her off her script. transferred me to another guy who gave me a name and his badge number...haha...I said how can I clear this up probably a credit card right?  He assured me no, no credit card and no bank account info...just get a moneygram...love these calls...love to waste their time.

Call stating the IRS has filed a lawsuit against me.  Caller ID identifies as "cellphone" with this #.  That may have been a sign, just another bogus call hoping to take advantage of someone.

Apparently someone got a new robo-call toy and thought they would make some money.  I too received the same call, bad grammar and all.  I would not even know where or to whom these idiots should be reported.

Received one this morning, same thing. People need to get a life.

I just rec'd a voicemail from this recording. No way do I believe the IRS is sueing me... seriously, they can't figure out who this is and shut them down? Sad!!

These people are total scammers and I really would like to find them and beat the crap out of them.  Thankfully, many are smart enough to know the IRS does not call - they send letters.  However many elderly people are scared and fall prey to these scumbags.  I hope they rot in hell.

Same scam-left message on my AZ home phone stating they were going to sue and that they were from the IRS.  Filled out the handy little form on line for the Treasury Inspector General for Tax Administration (TIGTA)  https://www.treasury.gov/tigta/contact_report_scam.shtml  and they can play with them.

Got a message at 1:38pm 1/26/16 from these guys saying the IRS was going to sue me.  Fully automated.  Message advised to call back on the same number, (206)319-6368.  Total scam.

I got the same call. Saying they were from the irs. They don't call you and leave a message like that

SCAM!!!! Brash call actually left a message threat that IRS has a law suit against me that they need additional information for. Filing with NC state attorney. 2 calls within 5 minutes. Block, ignore, but DO NOT respond!!! File with your state attorney office.

1-206-319-6368 is a robot voice stating I am the target of a lawsuit filed by the IRS. yahh babbbeeee !!!

Thank you for that link.  I too was called this morning with the same message which I knew to be scam.  I have sent in a report to TIGTA.
