I had an unknown transaction taken from my bank account recently. The reference on this was Interactive Designs 206-319-8144. I have no idea who this company is, and had never heard from them before, so had to cancel my cards. Not Good!!

  We had an unknown transaction taken from our bank account on Friday, Nov 30. The reference on this was Crystal Clear Designs 206-319-8144. I have no idea who it is. I called the number and was referred to an email address. No Not Good!

  We also had an unknow charge of 10.65. Filing a fraudulent claim.

      I have a charge from Interactive Designs 11.89 dated 1/25/08. I actually heard about the scam when I contacted a company in WA with that name.

  I was charged by Crystal Clear Designs
  
  I contacted a woman who owns a company with the same name, but has nothing to do with the charges.
  
  Please send an email to Eryn Gunder @ The BBB in Washington with your complaints so that they can do something to stop these charges. (eryn@thebbb.org)
  
  I bank with WAMU, and there were a few other charges on my account that I never authorized from different places. I of course have cancelled my card.

  i got hit with the same thing
  but 2 times from 2 different areas for different amounts that are not noticable right away

  $11.89 on April 30th from the same company and the number is now not working. My cc is reversing the charge. I disputed and they are trying to request info to confirm who the charger is.....they have credited me both for the interest and the charge till is confirmed.

I had the same thing happen to me. The first time it was a company called (Freedomtemplates.com)in Florida (954 area code) and the SECOND time it was (ccdtemplates.com) in Washington (206 area code). Both times they charged my account $10.65. I have reported them to my bank which is Bank of America.

If you look at there websites you will find they are too similar.

Check your bank statements to see if you find the same thing as me.

Has anyone here purchased any parts from a dealership in Texas?

  I have also been charged 10.95 for a transaction with this company. I have never purchased anything from this company and never visited its website until today. I cancelled my debit card with my bank and put a hold on my account. I am trying to figure out what company that I have done business with on-line has been breached. Have you ever done on-line transactions with Tracfone, Pogo or EA entertainment or MLB.com?

    I can tell you that you have not done any business with this company. Someone has somehow managed to get your credit card # and is making money off of you. Cancel your credit card now!!!

    Had a charge of 11.89 show up on my credit card statement. Yes,I have purchased minutes from Tracfone on line for my husband!

  Report it to the fraud department. You may have to change your cad/bank account. Look into the name of the company, also try to remember if you have given your debit card info to since this has started.

  Contact your bank and tell them that your Credit Card # has been compromised. They will do a fraud report.

I just had a fraudulent credit card charge for $9.85 listed by this same name "Crystal Clear Designs". It was a pending charge from 12/7/07, and was so new it didn't even have a phone number or other ID associated with it yet.

I called Bank of America/LL Bean, who immediately cancelled my card and are reissuing one with a new number. The rep absolutely refused to answer anything about whether they knew of a breach. I told him other people were reporting the same thing and he wasn't at all interested. So I'm guessing they know but aren't saying. It'd be nice to know whether it was just my number that managed to get charged, or if it's my whole ID...

So, it looks like this scam/fraud is active right now, and not necessarily only associated with this phone number.

Guess it's time for another free credit report check.
